Take the kayak to nearby public access to enjoy the mangroves and beaches of Sarasota. This tastefully appointed two bedroom/two bathroom home is located in a waterfront neighborhood. This light, bright, and open floor plan features a modern kitchen with abundant cabinetry and is equipped for all of your cooking and baking needs. There are two bar stools at the counter and the adjoining dining area provides seating for six. Open the wall of sliders that lead onto the large screened-in lanai and private fenced backyard. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional couch, additional chair seating, and a television. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a sofa, a television, and a dedicated office space with a desk and chair. Use the large primary closet space to unpack your belongings and put away your suitcases and make yourself at home. Open the sliding glass doors to the private screened lanai. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed, television, and closet. The den offers another room to relax and also provides another sleeping option on the sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen-sized bed. Both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and are tastefully appointed. The primary bath has a large shower enclosure and a sink with an extended vanity. The hall/guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combination and is located close to the second bedroom, yet is accessible to your guests. The separate laundry room features a washer/dryer and beach towels/supplies for your visits to the beach. Take the kayak to nearby public access locations to explore the mangroves and white sand beaches of Sarasota. Take one of the bicycles for a stroll around the neighborhood or around the corner to Starbucks. Enjoy grilling on the patio, just outside of the large screened lanai, all within the expansive, private fenced yard. Pack up your car with the beach chairs, wagon, and boogie boards and drive to world-famous Siesta Key Beach, which is only six short miles away.
