Please note that the social room is unavailable at this time due to pending renovations.\*\* This fabulous penthouse with 3 beds/2baths of 2714 sq ft is located in the Lido Surf and Sand on Lido Beach! It features amazing views: the beach and over toward St. Armands, Longboat Key, East looking toward Bird Key, downtown, the mangroves, and also South toward the preserve area and South Lido Park. You will fall in love with this unique condo, just mere feet away from the white sand of Lido Beach. This top floor unit is on the 8th floor (with elevator), and recently remodeled with wooden floors, Haiku fans and tasteful art. ★Living Area: As you enter the condo, you will love the living area with its large and luminous windows. It features various comfortable seating arrangements with many armchairs, several couches, and a TV. Decoration and furniture are modern in a refined taste. The dining area can accommodate 8 guests on a wooden dining table with 4 chairs and cosy benches. ★Kitchen: Pods and trash bags provided to start you off. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances including the custom cabinet front Bosch refrigerator, the induction cook top, and double ovens. You will enjoy the modern feel with white cabinets throughout, white counter tops and bar with a marble look. Adjacent to the kitchen area is a built-in bar area that has a wine refrigerator for your convenience. It's a state of the art kitchen for cooking all your meals! ★Bedrooms: Bedsheets provided. The spaciousness, the layout, the very well-equipped kitchen, extra amenities throughout and last but not least the absolutely incredible view of Sarasota Bay and the downtown Sarasota skyline all made for an amazing stay. We even enjoyed watching from the living room a fireworks show over Longboat Key and a space launch from Cape Canaveral. With the 2 guest bedrooms, we were able to host family and friends very comfortably. The location on the beach is ideal for walking the beach and for walking to St. Armands Circle which is less than one mile away. The property manager was very responsive to the few questions we had.
