All amenities and appliances were like new, and our privacy was well respected. I am a PhD student studying in the area, and I also have a small child. The host was very welcoming and attentive. Daily the host would greet us with a smile and a treat of some sort. Super sweet host ! We enjoyed our Christmas Holiday in the stay, we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a quiet no frills accommodation, you’ll be satisfied I’m sure. That being said, there’s definitely room for improvement. A keyless entry would be so much better. The unit itself really needs updating and could really be 5star! The grounds are very neglected as well as the pool area, with plants growing out of the gutters, lanai and pool area.
