Our spacious (1400 sq. ft.) luxurious third floor condominium has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated!! This top floor condominium has a spectacular view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and 18' screened lanai with sliding glass doors. Access to our Non-Smoking unit is by a private stairway. You can stroll to Siesta Key's famous white sand Crescent Beach (Picked as America's Best Beach by Dr. Beach) via a private walkway located just across the street. Fish or boat in the private lagoon. Swim in the heated pool located next to the clubhouse, enjoy a game of tennis on the on site courts, or just wander the beautifully landscaped 14 acre complex. Our unit is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in every room. The living room features a Genuine Ekornes Stressless leather recliner and leather sectional with ottoman,plus 50' HD Smart TV, DVR for your viewing enjoyment, DVD/Blue Ray Player, and stereo with CD player. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, separate dressing area with walk-in closet, and 32' flat-screen cable TV. It also has a new Lenovo Computer for your use, with Frontier hi-speed wireless Router/Modem, plus Hewlett-Packard Printer/Copier/Fax/Scanner. The condo was immaculate upon arrival! It was well stocked with anything you could want or need for a family vacation! Beach essentials - beach towels, chairs, wagon, beach umbrellas & cooler. Plenty of clean linens and towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve ever found while being on a vacation - even a deep steam pot, which came in handy when we cooked a low country boil with crab legs! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and having breakfast and dinner while watching boats come and go. The owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. The master bedroom mattress was very firm and as side sleeper, that was a bit uncomfortable which I think could easily be fixed with a mattress topper but that’s the only small suggestion I would make. The pictures in the ad looked exactly like the real thing. We have stayed on both the bayside and oceanside. You get more room for the price on the bay side with just a little more walk to the beach. The view from the Lanai was very nice to be able to watch boats go by. We ended up seeing a couple of dolphins swimming alongside a yacht and one manatee while eating lunch. Everything you need is here! Every appliance is here. Soaps and paper goods in abundace. All you need to buy during your stay is food. Umbrellas, chairs, wagon, coolers, and towels, are here. We stayed for two weeks. It was the best vacation we ever took. The beaches, including Turtle Beach, were all magnificent. ##### Patricia B. The condo was absolutely clean and comfortable. Very easy to check-in. All staff and even more available. Nice view to the chanel. And close to the beach. Beach is amazing. Cannot say enough good things about the space, condo property, and host. The online photos are accurate, yet don't fully capture how amazing it is to wake up and eat breakfast as you catch dolphins and various boats just feet away on the intracoastal. The condo is stocked with amenities! More than any other location. Since we flew in, and couldn't pack much, this was much appreciated. A wonderful (albeit hot) stay ON Siesta Key! ##### Matthew B. The view is amazing- the lanai is large and accessed from both the master and the living room. We watched dolphins and manatees morning and night- and loved watching the boats go by. They have it equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen is large and is perfect for cooks! There are so many pots and pans, dishes glassware and flatware- all new and in really excellent condition. It was such a pleasure coming back to this home after a day at the beach. The location is really nice- you can walk to some restaurants or hop on the trolley to go up to the village. The beach is across the street but we also enjoyed going to Turtle Beach as well.
