We enjoy the Gulf gate area with proximity to restaurants and the Legacy Trail. The house is nicely equipped with linens and kitchen items. The open layout is spacious, well furnished/decorated. The lanai is a nice place to enjoy cofee in the morning and hangout in the afternoon. We have stayed here for 3 years and will return for a fourth.

STAYCATION
My wife and I have been taking periodic trips around the state of Florida to experience the different areas. This property is located within the Gulf Gate estates neighborhood in South Sarasota. It is a clean, quiet spacious community located close to the coastal beaches and plenty of your shopping favorites. The house was just the right size and provided everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend it for any traveler needing a change to relax in comfort.

A perfect, quiet, clean place to stay away from any noise and traffic. We enjoyed the wildlife in the mornings while we sat on the porch. We loved the fresh lemons off of the lemon trees each day in our water before going to the beach. I would stay here again. .

Our stay was great. The house is charmingly decorated and roomy. The furniture and beds were comfy. We had Meier lemons from the Meier lemon tree right outside the lanai. We were close to shopping , restaurants and Siesta Key. We would definitely stay there again.

Winter Vacation
My husband and I stayed in this well furnished home for the month of February. We enjoyed our time there very much. It was very clean and offered all the kitchen equipment and linens that you would need. It is located in a very nice and quiet community and close to the beaches and restaurants. My favorite feature of the house was the beautiful screened porch.
