Staff was great, but the rooms are not wheelchair accessible. Also it could have been much cleaner. The elevators were dirty and I also found a huge bug in my room. The rooms are not worth the price to be honest.

I stayed 7 nights at hotel Hills with my family. Check in was very disappointing. They offer nothing to drink at the reception like other five stars hotels. They will keep your passport for one hour which I couldn’t understand why. No one explained. Reception was also very tiny and crowded. The Breakfast has no taste even though they have big breakfast buffet. Nothing organic which was very disappointing as they call the hotel five star. The staff was somehow nice at the restaurant. The hotel is too crowded and the staff is too busy pleasing outsider guest. There are wedding event every Saturday and Sunday night and all the staff was too busy with wedding guests. Too noisy hotel. People are allowed to Smoke everywhere not ideal place for people with asthma allergies or lungs problems. They offer kids and adults pool to hotel hills guests but keep in mind that you have to pay 7 mark pr. seat in the pool. Don’t expect Cleaning at the pool at all. We are definitely coming to Sarajevo again but will not chose this hotel. We only booked this hotel because of 5 stars. But they have are too far as a five star level. We have stayed in many five stars hotels around the world this was the biggest disappointment.

Bereits beim Einchecken war das Personal sehr gestresst und gab den Stress direkt an die Kunden weiter. Im Zimmer angekommen war die Klospüle defekt und Wasser ist ganze Zeit geronnen. Die Bademäntel waren sehr abgenützt sowie die Badetücher welche Make Up Flecken hatten. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt ist das man nicht im Bademantel zum Wellnessbereich darf. Doch wenn man einmal im Wellnessbereich war will man sowieso nicht mehr hin. Der gesamte Wellnessbereich ist veraltet und Renovierungsbedürftig. Der Saunabereich ist das einzige was Potential hätte wenn man sich mehr um die Hygiene kümmern würde. In der Nacht war es fast unmöglich einzuschlafen da irgendwelche Konzerte im Hotel waren und die Musik sehr laut war so dass man den Bass im Zimmer richtig spürte. Wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht vom Hotel, denn das ist alles außer ein 5 Sterne Hotel!

The hotel has a huge thermal spa complex which was the reason we picked it. However, the hotel seems to be short of staff, not able to manage crowds of guests. Most disappointing was breakfast - lots of food choices in a dark overcrowded restaurant. Food was not presented nicely, pieces of cheese and salami looked as if they were thrown on the plate. I could not find a hand sanitizer in the restaurant. Room was huge, but slightly worn our. The pools were clean and not crowded. The wifi was very slow. When asked about it, the receptionist said it works fine for him! Other receptionists were very kind. Overall, for next time I would choose another hotel.

It's a trap
The hotel didn't live up to expectations. The outdoor pool area was closed during our stay, basically our reason for booking. Our room was located on the 10'th floor, initially a nice surprise because of the view, but the skybar was located on the floor above, which hosted a wedding that lasted until 12:30 in the night, while we were trying to sleep, complete with a band. After it was over, cleanup started and the moving around of tables kept us awake for another 90 minutes. Really bad idea to host a party above the hotel rooms. The guests for the party took up all the elevators, so we had to either wait 10 minutes for the lift or use the stairs - the stairs were filled with puke however. The room itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was alright, they clearly used a bunch of leftovers for sidedishes though. The service from the staff in general was far from what you would expect from any 5 star hotel, not a very friendly atmosphere in general.
