The hotel is beautifully maintained. Our room had traditional tatami mats, a view into a small garden and a glorious bathroom with a mini-onsen bath, supplied direct from the source. The main onsen is serene, with indoor and outdoor baths. The bathrooms are generously supplied with a choice of beauty products. We had dinner included, a sumptuous, traditional meal. The bar is well stocked and all-inclusive, including hard-to-get Japanese whiskeys. We needed to catch an early bus. The staff drove us to the bus stop, arranged for us to wait in the lobby of a sister hotel and made sure we boarded safely. This was an amazing, special experience.
