Our stay with keio Prelia was Perfect. Reception staff are so helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Location is perfect. its just 1 block away from the Sapporo Station.

Hotel team is extremely professional and friendly. This made a huge difference, we really appreciated that, so thank you very much! Hotel is new, room and facility are both great. Breakfast buffet was excellent, caters for both Japanese and western options. Afternoon drinks availability was also a really nice touch. We used the laundry, loved the live status via the TV - really handy and straight forward.

The property was recently renovated and thus the condition the pretty good. Personally, I like the shared bath facility within the property. Very spacious and clean. Highly recommended if you would like to have a taste of Japanese bathing culture. For those who plan to visit Hokkaido university, highly recommend this property as well.

The property is pretty new and I always look forward to coming back after a day of sightseeing. They have a lounge that is open in the afternoon which you can get some refreshments. I thought that was nice. The in door onsen is quite busy at times but also enjoyable.

3 min walk from the Sapporo station was handy. Rooms were always clean and loved that the public bath opened late till 1.a.m. Only got a chance to try breakfast during 4 days of stay but it was fantastic

Everything was good here, except for parking, which is awful. Cars are stored underground via a slow, one-car-at-a-time elevator. We waited 15 minutes to park one day because 2 cars were ahead of us.

The hotel room was on the small side despite the relatively large meter square area, due to the layout and design of the built-in long table and wide window ledge - presumably to allow clearance from the big window that allows lot of brightness into the room during the day and nice window view throughout. The buffet breakfast was a disappointment as lack of varieties despite the rather/more expensive price for a buffet breakfast, compared to our previous other hotels in Hokkaido. However, the hotel did offer alternative breakfast options at other 2 restaurants outside the hotels for breakfast/lunch - we tried one at the seafood market one for lunch and it was great, so no complaints. The hotel itself felt brand new, and all staff were very caring and professional, making our stay a good one.

The hotel was newly refurbished. Very comfortable beds, and my room was big enough for 3 twin beds. Even for a normal room, we had access to the dining room for free drinks (non-alcoholic) from 3 to 11 pm. There was also an onsen on the second floor to which we had free access. Overall, i would return to this hotel…..if not for anything else, for the comfortable room size.

GREAT HOTEL TO STAY IN SAPPORO
Glad that we chose this Keio Prelia. It seemed like a relatively new property, in a good central location which was short walking distance (5min) to JR station and the many surrounding shopping malls, all linked by underground. The staff were extremely helpful with our requests, making reservations and also giving directions to various locations. The breakfast venue(restaurant) becomes a guest lounge for free use with hot drinks, which is a great place for family, groups to gather relax and even have your own food. Breakfast was not extensive but had good variety and tasted great. We stayed for 5 nights, will certainly consider the same property on our next visit to the beautiful city.
