The hotel is located right across the street from Nakajima Park in full Sakura blossom during our stay. It as a pleasant walking from/to the subway station. Nice, clean place with hospitable staff.

It’s our second stay here and we love the space of the large family rooms. It’s also convenient to have the laundry on the second floor!

Very friendly staff! Small but good breakfast buffet. Located nicely on the park but there's not really any dining options nearby. Parking garage is 1500 yen a night (it's automated) - not included!

All were good. Room is very spacious for our family of 4. Only item to add is wall hooks or bath towel hanger. There isn't a single hook, rail nor hanger for our bath towel except the door hamgld at the shower room which is only enough for 1 towel

It's in a quiet area, only 5-10 mins from either subway or streetcar station. There is a con en store about 5 mins away but only open from 7am-11pm

Very small toilet space in the standard room. Smaller than the usual Japanese toilet, almost had to stand on the toilet bowl to use the sink. Had to pay for upgrade to triple room for a bigger toilet

Nice and quiet place
The place is super quiet. Located near Nakajima Park, away from the hustle and bustle of Suzukino and Odori. Subway is just near for a daily commute to Sapporo station. Pillows were a bit hard and aircon shuts off that sometimes, in the middle of the night, it was hot.

Great place!
Easy access from/to train station. Our room was really spacious and had amazing views. Recommend taxi to shopping and more food choices. A few small eating places close by.

Super big room, and that's a big window so have a nice view for the Nakajima Park. We experience that how's weather turn from sunshine to snowing just in 10 mins. It's amazing to view from hotel big window view!. But it's really quiet at the neighbourhood, don't have any convenient shop.

They had lots of samples at the front desk/lobby - cleanser-toner-lotion packs and the regular washing amenities also. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and they helped us find local places of interest and transportation there (a local onsen, etc.). The rooms were clean and cozy. The heated toilets were fantastic, especially in the cold cold month of February.

There was no restaurant except for breakfast, even the vending machines only had drinks, no food. The lobby was sterile and uninviting. The rooms were extremely (!) small. There was no concierge. This hotel was more like a hostel than a hotel.

Spacious for a Japanese hotel room. Bathroom was a little small but perfectly usable. Not the best location, but there is an entrance to the metro down the road which will get you to the main areas of the City quickly.

The room itself was pretty small, the bathroom especially but we didn't stay in the room often. There was a JR station pretty close but we opted to walk through a quiet snowy park to get to the next closest. No smoking room which is fine but it was pretty cold outside so obviously you don't want to stay out there too long.

It was small as advertised, but very clean and modern.The staff were dedicated to the cause- we asked one night for reception to help to book for dinner at the sapporo beer museum.they tried twice and had no success but said they would keep trying.we returned to the room and went to bed.they rang back an hour later, but we were asleep and didn't get to the phone in time.nevertheless, they slipped a note under the door for us that night to say they had no success but would try the next morning. The following day, we stopped by at reception and much to our surprise, there was a note in japanese with details of our reservation on it. We took the note that evening to the restaurant and had a great time. Location was great about 250m walk to subway and close to nakajima park. The nearest convinience store was about 3 blocks away. There was unfortunately at the time some chinese tourist who were inconsiderate and noisy as usual, but that was beyond the hotel's control.

Very clean property. It was nice and quiet in the hotel. The rooms were tiny, but I think that's a Japan thing. One thing that turned me off was that there wasn't a water station. When I asked for water they told me to drink the water from the bathroom sink. I understand the water is clean, but I'm not into drinking water from the toilet area. I am from a country where there is also clean water available from taps, but I have never in my life taken water to drink from the bathroom. Also, the cost of the hotel was extremely expensive with very little things offered. Would I stay here again? I'm not sure it would be my first choice.

A lot of hotels were full during Sapporo snow festival - the location wasn’t too far from the main venue, probably within 15-20 min range so it was great!
