Jan 26, 2018 #### Foi uma decepção! Fomos gentilmente recebidos pelos donos do imóvel, que nos mostrou todas as dependências da casa. A casa é grande, o condomínio é bem próximo à praia, mas a casa não tem manutenção nenhuma além de uma mão de tinta branca nas paredes. A cozinha é muito bem equipada, com muitos utensílios, mas a pia está com um vazamento enorme. Precisa por uma vasilha embaixo para não encharcar o armário e as panelas que nele estão! Tentamos arrumar, mas seria necessário comprar uma peça que está quebrada. Deixamos como encontramos... A maior decepção foi com a suíte do térreo: além de ser na saída da cozinha para a área de serviço, não tem armário e nem mesmo um cabide para pendurar uma roupa.O que fazer com malas e sacolas que levamos???? O banheiro dessa suíte está com o azulejo do piso descolando e cheio de infiltrações e tem tantos buracos no portal, que tive que por uma sacola plástica para tampar o buraco, pois saia baratas sem parar. Até uma lacraia, nós matamos nesse banheiro, e olha que havia uma criança de 3 anos conosco!! Quando chove, e em Maresias chove muito, chove também dentro da casa. Tem goteiras grandes por todo o telhado. Tem uma goteira tão grande no mezanino, que ela atravessa o assoalho e pinga na sala de TV. Tem goteira em 2 quartos, tivemos que mudar a cama de lugar! A área da churrasqueira esta muito estragada. A chaminé solta a fumaça para dentro da área, pois não tem saída para fora do telhado. A fumaça é insuportável. Usamos uma única vez, pois não compensava, a fumaceira que fazíamos.O ralo do chuveirão do lado da área da churrasqueira, está entupido, e quando este é usado, o pátio vira uma lagoa. Uma pena tudo isso! Gastamos um bom dinheiro e dois casais que foram com a gente, acabaram indo embora antes do dia da saída, pois não estavam satisfeitos com tudo isso. Acho que tem que ter mais veracidade nos anúncios. Avisar que são 3 suítes em cima e uma dependência embaixo, mas que fica na área de serviço! A casa precisa ter manutenção além de tinta, pois, confiamos no site. Não vamos antes averiguar se tudo é como promete! Uma pena mesmo. ##### MARY B.
