Contratamos a caseira (Dona Leninha) como arrumadeira e cozinheira e ela realmente fez a diferença: Muito prestativa e cozinha muito bem, além de cuidar da piscina, mantendo-a sempre limpa. O proprietário responde sempre rapidamente, através do fone ou no zap. E ainda deixou disponível 03 bicicletas para nosso uso. Mas o imbatível é a localização... descrita na sequencia: varanda, churrasqueira, piscina, gramado e areia da praia... Leninha a caseira do local é gente boníssima, atenciosa, educada, simpática e cozinha como ninguém. A casa é muito limpa, organizada, sem cheiro de mofos, nem parece que recebe a maresia. A sensação boa de segurança do local também é sem igual. Quem já conhece Guaecá, sabe que é um local onde tem muitas crianças. O clima é auto austral. Mar 7, 2018 #### Ótima localização, tudo lindo e impecável! Estivemos na casa por três dias, fomos em família e tivemos uma ótima estadia. Tudo estava limpo, a casa é confortável, super bem localizada, pé na areia, a piscina estava sempre limpa, a praia é calma e por ser próxima da casa, podíamos ir e voltar a qualquer momento, o que indo com um bebê/crianças é um diferencial! Optamos por contratar os serviços da Leninha (caseira) e valeu demais a pena! Ela é muito educada, discreta, atenciosa e prestativa. Preparava tudo do café da manhã ao jantar, comida deliciosa, limpava os quartos, fazia petiscos e nos mimou muito!! Quanto ao dono da casa, desde o primeiro contato foi educado e muito atencioso! A estadia foi excelente, a casa é muito gostosa, quartos com ar condicionado, piscina muito boa e o melhor, pé na areia, o que faz toda a diferença, principalmente com criança. E pra completar a ainda tem a Leninha, que é uma ótima cozinheira, além de manter a limpeza impecável durante nossa estadia. Vale muito a pena contratar os serviços dela.
