The e staff was very helpful the area is not so much especially during the weekend because everything is closed around the hotell and on weekdays is too much traffic

Poderia ser melhor pelo valor das diárias.
Os quartos não tem telefone para recepção, precisamos ir até o corredor para ligar, o que dificulta a comunicação. O restaurante do hotel é uma parceria com um restaurante do shopping que fica na praça de alimentação, foi nos dito que no domingo funcionava, esperamos até o horário previsto 07:00 e quando chegamos lá estava fechando. Como o restaurante é da praça de alimentação, não funciona depois das 18:00, então é preciso sair do hotel para comer alguma coisa. Achei o valor da diária bem salgado pelo o que é ofertado. O estacionamento é pago, não está incluso, até ai tudo bem, mas é extremamente caro.

péssima e última estada neste hotel e uso do site
Foi horrível esta experiência, a começar pela demora no atendimento, deixando acumular várias pessoas e famílias para fazer o check-in, mesmo obedecendo ao pedido deles de chegar a partir das 14 h, só nos atenderam a partir das 16 h. Cobraram mais caro do que combinei com vocês, tive que aceitar o valor deles, não tinha dois jogos de toalha no quarto, controle da TV não funcionava direito, ar condicionado não ligou, ficaram de arrumar e não foram, tivemos que dormir com a janela do banheiro e quarto aberto para poder suportar o calor, mesmo estado no 11º andar. Elevadores em más condições e usados também pelo pessoal de serviço tercerizado, manutenção, faxineiras, etc
