Rooms have very thin walls so you can hear everything including conversations from adjacent rooms. Due to being near major avenue there’s lots of street noise as well. Keep in mind there is no heat at all so the only thing offered are extra blankets. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but overall this hotel lacks in almost every capacity from the restaurant to the hotel rooms

Staff and rooms were fantastic. The only aspect that could have been improved is the design of the building to provide less crossover noise from room to room, but this is typical of most modern hotels globally.

Não gosto da cortina no banheiro. Tive uma experiência ruim com o valet que esqueceu de buscar o meu carro e passou outros na frente. Acabei me atrasando para um compromisso. Demorou mais de 20 minutos para entregar o carro. O restante foi tudo muito bom. Atendimento, conforto, café da manhã.

Great time!
Room was very clean and personnel was very courteous! We had a great time. Easy access to roads. The hotel is close to entertaining places, restaurants, supermarkets and the area is very safe

Great business hotel
I stayed here with coworkers during meetings in Barueri; it was very well located for that purpose. Good restaurants within walking distance, safe neighborhood. The staff were courteous and helpful; rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Below average stay
The best of a poor selection of hotels in Barueri. The reception team were fantastic and very helpful however the rooms we slightly smelly, I had holes in my sheets and the bathroom has a constant smell. Not really upto scratch but there is little competition in the area.

The hotel's location is very good, but the service is poor. They offer a complimentary coffee machine, but they never refill. If you asked for ice, they would only bring you a cup, if you needed more you had to pay. Bathroom toiletries where never refilled, nor removed the used ones. Finally rooms are very dark and need more light.

Dreaful service and infrastructure
This hotel is a standard business hotel, close to many of the offices in Alphaville. However, this hotel is completely let down by the service and management structure in place. Despite payment being taken from my bank account by "Radisson Alphaville", the hotel claims they are unable to provide a receipt. Despite many emails and attempted communication, no solution has been reached. I am now $700 out of pocket as I cannot submit a receipt for a business expense. If attending on business, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel as they do not provide adequate support for a business traveller.

I liked this hotel. The facilities were good, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were helpful even when there was an issue they paid attention to resolving it and keeping me informed, which was good. The hotel is in a good location as well. The room was quiet. Only area for improvement would be the carpeting in the lifts. They were obviously newly commissioned with the greetings in various languages, but whatever oil/paint used in manufacturing them is still strongly evident in the smell within the confined space of a lift.

I would stay there again
The Hotel was suggested to me by the client that I needed to visit. The room that I stayed in could use a bit of updating, but nothing really negative. The front desk personnel were excellent. Good location for shopping and close to a great Churrascaria! Good breakfast set up and more than adequate gym. I will definitely stay there if I need to return.

Good Hotel for Business Trips
I enjoyed the stay. It was a business trip so I didn't have a lot of free time to enjoy the area.
