Not a 4star it’s a 2 star and reception was great but breakfast there was no plates no glass one day next day a very friendly person helped and it was ok. But rooms corridors gym need renovations immediately

I liked how polite the staff was. Always very kind when asking them questions. The area was perfect. Lots of shopping and malls and grocery stores near by. What I didn’t like. The hallways and carpet look tired and old. Gives it a bad look. The tv had only a couple Local channels that I had to use the tv knob to change. The remote didn’t do anything. The water pressure was bad. Took several attempts to flush a toilet. Also wish that they could upgrade the plugs at least one to have usb or American plug. Felt Intentional since they have a display at front desk to buy adapters. Several of the gym equipment was broken.

The hotel is nice and clean. The only issue was they weren’t able to locate the reservation. We had to spend an hour waiting and had to contact Expedia prior to sorting the situation. Not ideal after such a long flight. Everything else was ok!

This property is in a good location just off Paulista. There are many good options nearby for restaurants and shopping. The staff were very kind and helpful and the morning breakfast was good!

The furniture in the room was old and worn, and there was no safe. I had to request one three times and was eventually brought one, and it wasn’t attached to anything, so not secure at all. Breakfast was very good.

TV did not work for 2 days. Then when it did there was no English language News channel available which is something that all travelers want. I can’t remember the last time I stayed at a hotel that didn’t have CNN World or BBC in English for tourists and business travelers alike.

Great hotel, room, staff and location.
We traveled to Sao Paulo to see Taylor Swift (2 shows) and had a few extra requests, the front desk team were exceptional, they were able to accommodate us promptly without any hesitation, right on the spot. Our room was very comfortable, queen bed, a loveseat and desk area. Our flight back to New York was at 11pm but we were able to stay in the room until 6pm for an additional fee, something we don't take for granted. Breakfast is excellent. Staff extremely friendly and kind. Located only 2 blocks from Avenida Paulista, prime upscale neighborhood. I loved the trip partly thanks to the hotel. I won't think twice about booking with them again when I am back in SP. Thanks again for taking such good care of us. See you again soon!

I stayed in a king size room which size was very nice. Room has no curtains (only black out) Bathroom shower was cold during all my stay Breakfast was mild. No so much variety and quality poor Staff was nice and supportive AC was a little bit noisy for sleeping.

O Hotel é bem Localizado, Funcionários bem educados e prestativos, o dois apartamentos que fiquei precisam de uma reforma, principalmente os ar-condicionado, pois fazem muito barulho, acabei dormindo com eles desligado, o café da manhã precisar melhorar muito, na qualidade de todos os produtos, até o sanduicheira estava com problemas.
