It was Ok.
The building could use some upgrading as the structure seems to be quite "tired" . The fridge in the bedroom is noisy and I had to unplug it at night to avoid being awaken by the motor starting. Also the doors and/or walls are not soundproof so you can easily hear staff or people in the hallway when they are chatting, laughing or else.

Very well located! Staff was very kind. The breakfast was great! The room was clean and quite. I would have liked to have in the room better lightning and a comfy chair, and more room in the reception area to hangout and receive guests. The elevators's key reading panel sometimes were not working properly. Overall, great value for the price!

A decent choice
Check in and check out are a bit slow. The lobby is nice and feels very safe. Hotel staff is friendly, most only speak Portuguese but that’s understandable. Breakfast is tasty with good local cuisine and also ‘basics’ like eggs and bacon. Coffee is tasty. Rooms are outdated and the bed is extremely uncomfortable. The sheets in my room had holes in them and a stain. The towels in the bathroom are rough. Several times the water flow would stop or go cold while I was showering. The AC doesn’t work well. The gym is small but gets the job done, and they offer water and apples. A huge plus. Overall, a decent choice in São Paolo that could use some updating.

Well located hotel
Not the mOst up-to-date hotel . But well-situated near Paulista. The airport bus service is two blocks away, metro and bus lines take you in every direction . Room was big enough and equipped with everything needed .

Excelent location nice staff
Since Our flight was arriving after midnight, I emailed the hotel directly so they hold my reservation. They diligently did so and responded prety quickly. Once checked in when we first entered the room it smelled heavily of cigarette, so we asked to be moved. The night manager said it was the last twin room and that only a double beded room was available, we accepted it but he finally decided to upgrade us to a room with balcony that had twin beds. Other than that little misshap, the place was clean, amenities good, breakfast pretty complete and yummy (not a lot of local food or fruits tho) and most of all the staff wss super nice. Location wise its super centric being right around Av Paulista and you have lots of shops nearby.

Good overnight stay.
Very considerate staff accommodated a late check in plus the addition of a second person in the room when travel plans fell through. Fabulous big bed and good breakfast at reasonable cost. I chose this hotel for a quick one night stay while in transit primarily as it was close to the airport bus stop at Maksoud plaza, but would be fine staying here again. Realized I got a steal when the posted rate was more than three times what I paid on Hotels.com. Nice!

Best hotel near Paulista Ave
I love the overall experience. Great neighborhood, not too much traffic in front of the hotel like other ones I've looked around. Close to restaurants, close to avenida paulista, close to market, even the church. My opinion the best hotel around. The room was spacious for even 2 people, ac worked great. The room had a lock to put your passport in.
