Safe hotel to stay with your family.it is downtown right by metropolitan cathedral.you need to be a little bit carefull for homeless people around.good breakfast,weak wifi in the room.ants are everywhere they have solve that problem.

Quartos limpos e muito organizados em condições de novos. Camas bem confortáveis. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Pra mim apenas 2 coisas que não são 5 estrelas, falta de um box no chuveiro e a sujeira na área externa dos quartos dia fundos da vista da janela. No mais foi tudo ótimo.

Roupa de cama absurdamente Nota ( - 0.) nem se quer piso no chão do banheiro. Toalhas com manchas e com furo, quarto com nivel de limpeza 2 . Chuveiro em pleno 19 graus morno. Um cheiro forte de bolor ou sei la o que. Os corredores ate chegar nos quartos limpos. Cafe da manhã mais que basico o pão estava duro. enfin ninguem espera 4 estrela de um valor dessa , mas higiene é o minimo .

Quarto bem pequeno, porém limpo e arrumado. Falta cabides para pendurar as roupas. Acomodamos as mochilas em cima do frigobar. Banheiro bom, limpo, porém, tinha vazamento de água embaixo da pia. Ficamos no quarto 16.

Hotel que falta tudo

A estadia foi razoável devido a falta de um banheiro com um mínimo de espaço e segurança possível! Para tomar banho precisa passar por cima do vaso, não tem box, sem porta do banheiro. Molha tudo e fica escorregadio com perigo de quedas. O café é de péssima qualidade, faltando quase tudo e é servido em um lugar pequeno. No segundo dia tomei café fora do hotel. Como nos demais hotéis que tem bebedouro, o hotel Quintino, não tem. Não tem lugar para colocar roupas, mesinha com cadeira para as anotações do dia.

Não espere nada

Péssima experiencia! Colocaria uma estrela por que pelo menos conseguimos dormir sobre um teto. Primeiro transtorno foi a divergência entre o aplicativo que oferece o serviço (hotel ponto com) segundo as informações do aplicativo eu poderia realizar o check-in até 00:30h, porém ligando na recepção para confirmar se estava tudo certo eles disseram que podia esperar até umas 15 no máximo!? Chegando para fazer o check-in no qual foi reservado antes e pago assim que foi feito a reserva não estava disponível o quarto para 4 pessoas (o qual foi reservado no aplicativo) fomos transferidos para dois quartos de casal para compensar a surpresa de quartos no qual não tínhamos reservado a primeira impressão foi o cheiro horrível de cigarro, mofo nas paredes, móveis depredados, cobertas iguais de mendigo, lençol e fronhas manchadas e fedidas e fora a sujeira do quarto, banheiro estava cheio de resíduos de creme e sabonetes a impressão que ficou é que pegaram esse quarto na surpresa e nem se propuseram a verificar se estava em ordem. Cafe da manhã terrível, pão duro e nem tive coragem de experimentar outras coisas só pela cara, internet péssima, mais caia do que funcionava. Enfim não espere muita coisa até pela região, mesmo o centro de SP está cada vez mais abandonado, acredito que esse hotel seja para combinar com a cidade!
