The hotel staff is amazing — incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to help with anything you need. From the reception to the breakfast team, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic — a true Brazilian spread with plenty of delicious options! The location is also excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in São Paulo!

I was there for a very short period of time. Actually my first time to Brazil. And I find everybody was accommodating, courteous, and very polite. My Portuguese does not exist but everybody had the patience to assist me. I thought the staff was very kind.

Práticas pouco “friendly”/abusivas

O recepcionista que fez meu check-in foi extremamente inábil, inflexível, burocrata - preocupado apenas em seguir o protocolo do hotel, ignorando o fato de estar lidando com um ser humano, ali para se hospedar no hotel. Recusou-se a concluir meu check in (e a me deixar ir para o apartamento) se não lesse e assinasse o termo de responsabilidade pelo pet. Falei que leria, assinaria e entregaria mais tarde, mas que não tinha como o fazer ali, naquele momento, carregando meu cachorro (já que o hotel nâo permite que circule em áreas comuns sem ser no colo). Foi irredutível, assumindo uma postura intimidante, repetindo diversas vezes que não faria o check-in, que eu teria que ler e assinar o termo, para poder entrar no hotel. Pedi que lesse para mim e eu assinaria, mas recusou-se. A cena foi extremamente desagradável, estressante, inconcebível para um hotel naquela localização e categoria 3,5*. Não fosse a recepcionista ao lado desse ser despreparado interceder e ler o tal termo em voz alta - o qual assinei mas achei um absurdo ter que passar por tudo aquilo para assumir perante ao hotel o que qualquer adulto responsável naturalmente faz, sem ter que se comprometer por escrito. O café da manhã, incluso na diária, é servido no salão. Fui informada que pets não podem entrar. Como também o hotel não permite que o pet seja deixado sizinho no apartamento, teria que pedir o café no apto (room service), e seria cobrada por isso - R$ 60-65/dia) - apesar de a diária incluir o café da manhã.
