It’s a quite old hotel. Need some upgrade. Also, it is too noisy in the night. Noises were coming from the motorcycle on the road.

Excellent customer service, allowing us to check in substantially early. Comfortable, clean, safe. The 'swimming pool' was somewhat small and irregularly shaped; otherwise quality over all optimal.

Tired hotel that clearly has not been maintained since it was built. A/C did not work at all. The rooms decor was worn, scratched, torn and falling apart. Totally unacceptable condition for a property that bills itself as +4 star. My suggestion for traveler to Sao Paulo is to never trust hotel brands that are not owned and managed by European or US. The situation I describe here is a common problem in Brazil. Unless a property is brand new, it will be in some state of disrepair.

The air conditioning stopped working for two days at the facility. The hotel did not inform the guests. Neither did they offer apology or compensation for the guests. Very unprofessional and poor service-minded. When I questioned the front desk, they just shrugged off my complaint.

Nice hotel and breakfast. Well located.
The hotel was nice and my stay included breakfast which was delicious. The service was very good. The reason I did not rate it even higher was because I asked for an extra bed and they told me there were none available and that I need to request that when making the reservation. However when booking through Hotels.com I was not given the option to pay for the bed online, which I would have done. Although this hotel is well located the traffic can be bad at rush hour so taking a taxi can save you a lot of time since they can drive in the bus lane which usually moves faster.

I've stayed at this hotel on several occasions, and I would definitely recommend it for business or family vacation. I've never had a problem. The staff is very professional and courteous. Rooms are always clean and well furnished.

Hi, I'm a 38 year old women that traveled alone last week to this hotel for business. First of all, the price is great, the breakfast is amazing and is included in the room price. I do not speak any Portuguese, but the staff spoke amazing English and always very friendly. The staff and services were great, room very clean, gym was good (but I think they are currently upgrading-which will be really nice) and the front desk always helpful. Its in a great location, not far from anything- walking to the mall, all kinds of shops, restaurants & bakeries. I recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel was ok, but was somewhat old. It needs updating as carpets are stained and dirty. It is not near any food or shopping and far from activities. Staff was friendly but most spoke little or no English. Not great for international travelers.

The hotel is conveniently located. The neighborhood feels safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little out-dated and when I arrived there was a smell in my room as if there was humidity. I will probably stay in a different hotel next time I am in Sao Paulo.

good, basic business stay
The hotel was a nice, clean, basic hotel, which was perfect for my one-night stay. The staff were helpful and allowed me to store my luggage with them until my meetings were done. Breakfast was standard Brazilian buffet style, with enough options. Location was also good (in the Berrini area, Novo Brooklin). The location may not be ideal for a vacation, though, as it is not close to any real attractions. I would stay here again.
