Great stay in São Paulo
This is a really nice hotel to stay in while in São Paulo! Comfortable and clean rooms. Good customer service, parking including same as breakfast. It is close to nice areas like ibirapuera!

Ok for the price
Decent place. Stayed there for 1 night while waiting for our next flight. Breakfast was good. Room are big but show signs of wear. Bathrooms could definitely be better. Great area in theory but because of the roads, hard to walk to many places that are close. They don't speak English so be patient. Understanding staff. Were able to get early check-in (9am) but we're charged half a day.

Bom hotel para quem precisa apenas de um lugar para dormir. O quarto é grande mas já precisa de um retrofit. A cama é confortável, o chuveiro bom e a equipe muito simpática e prestativa.

It has a great location. The service is great, friendly and efficient. Great breakfast, laundry and parking services. It just need some rooms renovations as it feels outdated. They could also provide better bed and mattress. Overall the cost benefit is positive.

Good hotel near ibirapurera park
I stayed for business the hotel is an apart hotel good sized room with kitchen microwave etc Wifi is free and good The only downside is tv has limited cable channels no telecine or tent Bathroom is small but practic

Got there for a meeting, hotel was very clean, very attentive personnel and breakfast delicious. Great location too.

Nice hotel for a small group
Our hotel room was spacious. The staff were helpful but only a few of them spoke English. The hotel is located within walking distance of restaurants and cafes but is a bit way from the metro station. Bus stops are also in walking distance. The overall experience was positive and it is a good hotel for the price paid.

The stay was good, the location is perfect if you go to the UNIFESP, just 5 minutes in car. The neigbourhood is ok but you don't have nothing really close for the night.

Muito bom, apesar de alguns detalhes
Muito bom o hotel, atendimento excelente. O elevador dá um tranco estranho nas paradas, o chuveiro tem alguns dutos da ducha que estão obstruídos, então o banho poderia ser muito melhor. Tem um ralo com um cheiro terrível no banheiro, coloquei o lixo em cima dele para tampar e manter o odor sob controle. O ar condicionado é bom, só que é meio barulhento. O café da manhã é ótimo, melhores carolinas que já experimentei.

Ou vc passa calor ou dorme..... Ar condicionado, pior que um turbo hélice... Excelente espaço, bom café da manhã, piscina e academia ok, básicos mas atende... Elevador, com velocidade das portas ajustadas para máximo, não recomendo pet ou criança... Mas banheiro necessita de reforma e principalmente ar condicionado absurdo.... Fora que ficar nos andares terrenos, em um lado do hotel tem favela ...

O hotel é bem razoável! Eu não voltarei a me hospedar nesse hotel. Não valor o preço o atendimento na recepção não é nem um pouco calorosa muito pelo contrário (mal atendimento) O quarto é bem antigo e o ar condicionado é extremamente barulhento

Excelente Localização! Um elogio especial a camareira SOLANGE, muito atenciosa, prestativa, arrumava meu quarto TODOS OS DIAS! Uma fofa ! E ao atendente da madrugada! Esqueci o nome dele! Pena que ele está saindo do hotel! Muito atencioso. Não conseguia chamar um Uber às 4:00 da manhã! Ele chamou pra mim e e acompanhou a corrida pelo aplicativo, assim que mostrou que a corrida tinha finalizado, ele me ligou pra saber se tinha chegado bem ao aeroporto! Além disso todos os outros recepcionistas, o pessoal do restaurante tbm foram maravilhosos! O único pecado é só ter o café da manhã! 😊
