"The hotel smelled lovely upon arrival—spa-like. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and very pleasant. Although it is a conference center, it didn't feel overwhelming and large. Our room was cozy, although a bit of a hike from the stairs/elevator. We had a nice view, and I enjoyed the balcony. We did not eat at the hotel but had a drink at the bar—Mark-Anthony, the young bartender, was excellent. He was thoughtful and made a great mojito. If you like larger hotels, this is a lovely place to stay - not right in the action but walking distance to everything."

"We had a big Europe trip over 5 week many countries and many Hotels, Was best and biggest Family hotel room out of whole trip. We had two kids with us they get their own space. Would recommend highly and stay again"

"The hotel was a four star hotel with courteous, attentive staff. Food was excellent. The atmosphere was calming.. We had 24 hour availability of the thermal pool and gardens directly from the back door of the hotel. The public has access from 10 AM to 4 PM only"
