Na recepção, tentaram ser proativos quando nos receberam. O detalhe é que nos enviaram para uma acomodação inferior ao que tínhamos contratado. Reclamamos o descuido (ao ver inaceitável) e nos mudaram de quarto. O que alugaram como suíte super luxo, tinha um suporte de toalhas que estava solto na parede. A tampa do vaso sanitário, também estava solta e para complicar, tínhamos contratado uma suíte com banheira com hidromassagem, considerando que queríamos descansar e relaxar um pouco mais, porém, a hidro não funcionou. Considero um descuido muito grande do hotel não oferecer por aquilo que cobra e por aquilo que oferta. Avisei na recepção sobre todos esses detalhes e esperava no mínimo que me ofertassem o retorno da diferença do que eles chamavam suíte super luxo para uma acomodação comum, considerando que a banheira de hidromassagem a hidro não estava funcionando. Porém, não tiveram nenhuma reação e tampouco fizeram qualquer contato comigo. Por essas razões, não recomendo, apesar de reconhecer que tentaram ser simpáticos…

Falando francamente.

Café da manhã fraco pelo que se gasta com hotéis em cidades litorâneas. Insetos e baratas no quarto, roupas de cama e de banho com mal cheiro, quarto com cheiro de mofo. Enfim... Dinheiro mal gasto e não recomendo.

Frustrante

Só teve água quente durante poucas horas. No último dia, nem água fria tinha. Roupa de cama antiga, travesseiros ruins, toalhas velhas e ressecadas. O mapa mostra a localização errada do hotel. Fica a quase 2 quilômetros desta localização anunciada. Uma piscina razoável, que precisa de limpeza mais frequente e soltando pastilhas do fundo. Pedi um peixe frito no restaurante que veio queimado, dando uma chance, no outro dia pedi um misto quente que foi servido com o queijo ainda gelado. A academia são duas bicicletas ergométricas velhas em uma sala ao lado de uma pequena cama elástica. O ar condicionado faz muito barulho e refrigera quase nada.

O hotel está muito degradado, ar condicionados velhos e barulhentos que não funcionam bem. A limpeza é péssima, roupas de cama manchadas, toalhas encardida e de péssima qualidade (pior do que as que compramos em supermercado local) As varandas não tem mobiliário, nem ao menos uma cadeira ou rede, o que as torna inútil. sobre o atendimento: Chegamos ao hotel e antes de mais nada nos cobraram assinaturas de pagamento, até ai OK, depois nos mostraram os quartos sem dar nenhuma informação sobre café da manhã, serviço de almoço e funcionamento geral do hotel, precisei descer a recepção para pedir informações de tudo. O serviço do restaurante só funciona quando eles bem entendem, isso quando há os itens expostos no cardápio. Eles fornecem aluguel de cadeira de praia, mas você só consegue esse serviço se reservar ou der sorte. E caso consiga algum item precisa dar sorte do mesmo estar funcionando. aluguei um guarda-sol que além de estar quebrado tinha o cabo tão curto que nem uma criança conseguiria ficar debaixo da mesma. Foi a PIOR experiência que tive com uma pousada/hotel. Não iria novamente nem de graça e não indico a ninguém

O hotel tem boa estrutura, bom café da manhã, funcionários atenciosos, porém está em decadência, nota-se relapso nas roupas de cama, travesseiros, toalhas, colchões horríveis, chuveiro ruim, o local é distante do centro, e até para um simples lanche, necessita-se de carro , pois após às 19h , nada é servido no hotel, praia próxima sem estrutura. Com o hotel lotado, fica-se uma disputa para as vagas do estacionamento. Valor da diária alto para o que é oferecido.
