The hotel was absolutely amazing. The view was stunning. Private pools for each guest. Breakfast was a treat. Rooms were always squeaky clean. The front desk were very kind, house keeping did an amazing job. Every body has a smile on their face! The only things I didn't like were the actual walk from your room to the to the front desk. It was so steep that you would run out of panting once you reach the top. The "gym" was a joke, but if you are on vacation, that shouldn't bother you.

The food was good and the staff were very nice. The amount of people willing to tell us where to go and things to do was great.

"Excellent staff and location, comfortable room"
The hotel is beautiful! They had a pool, a bar, a restaurant and their buffet breakfast was delicious! They also have an on-site spa! The staff went over and above their call of duty and learned your name the minute you walked in! It was nice being greeted all the time as you felt very much like a native as opposed to a foreign guest and service was outstanding! The rooms are comfortable & we got upgraded to a balcony so we could sit outside. There were many complimentary things included too which was superb!

Oia, Santorini - Map
"Everything you would expect from Relais & Châteaux"
It took me a while to decide on the hotel which would suit me the best on Santorini as there are so many hotels with good reviews. In the end, I am very glad I chose Kirini, as it was fantastic. I had only one week-end so I needed a hotel which would be practical and well located, but still serene and peaceful. This hotel is a very pleasant 10 minute walk from the town centre of Oia, which is one of the must-see towns on Santorini. Here you can see and photograph the famous Blue Domes of the churches with the view on the Caldera (ask the Kirini concierge about the best spots for photos) and it is also ideal for sunsets. There are quite a few good restaurants in town as well. The scenery at the hotel is beautiful with the rooms carved into the rocks and elegantly appointed. My suite had 2 jacuzzis, one indoor and one outdoor, which was very pleasant. The view from my terrase was amazing. The hotel breakfast was included in my expedia rate and was very good. I loved the eggs benedict ! Above all, the best asset of this hotel is its staff. I was welcomed by no less than 5 staff members upon arrival at the hotel. Throughout my stay they were courteous and eager to please.

A marvelous stay with warm and friendly staff. Great views and lovely cocktails. A little cheap on the linen. But I would stay there again. And I am picky.

Pegasus Spa Hotel

"Great views, conveniently located, excellent staff"
The best part about our one week stay at Pegasus was the incredible view of the caldera and sunset. Friends had encouraged us to stay in Oia, but we absolutely made the right choice to stay in Imerovigli. Oia is picturesque and has a more upscale feel. If you are looking for high-end shopping, this is the place to be; it's like the Rodeo Drive of Santorini. Pegasus was walking distance to Firostefani and Fira, which were both great for dining and shopping. Andreas, who works at Pegasus, was one of the best parts of our experience. He was helpful and friendly and such a hard worker. I would definitely recommend Pegasus to others because it is unique (our room was literally a cave dug into the mountain), conveniently located, it was clean and the staff was very friendly. However, we were underwhelmed by our "cave pool" in the Executive Suite and our "private " sitting area was intersected by the main walkway to the hotel pool and restaurant, so that was a bit strange. If you are looking for privacy, be sure to book one of the rooms above or below the main path or there will be people constantly walking just steps away from where you are relaxing.

"Awesome service. Excellent facility and location"
Well, our review maybe a bit biased because they upgraded our room! We booked the Junior Suite. Upon arrival, they showed us to a secluded (on the edge of the hotel ground), very large room with an outdoor Jacuzzi. At the time, I didn't realize they upgraded us because the hotel staff made no mention of it and I booked the room months before our trip. I only realized days later when I browsed the hotel website and saw that Junior Suite didn't have an outdoor Jacuzzi. Only the Superior Suite or the Honeymoon Suite had outdoor Jacuzzi, which were 3 or 4 levels above the Junior Suite and way, way more expensive. To be fair, they probably only upgraded us because it was the end of the season and the rooms were only half filled. (The hotel would shut down 10 days after our departure and would only reopen next March.) Nonetheless, it was still super nice of them. Thank you, thank you! Even though the hotel was not busy, the hotel staff was still very diligent in the upkeeping and the hotel ground was always clean. You could see staff busy working throughout the day and the dining room staff polishing silver when they were not serving customers. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. And the staff always greeted us with smiles on their faces. Needless to say, we had a very enjoyable time in Hotel San Antonio. Food in the hotel is excellent (much better than some we had in restaurants) and very reasonably priced.
