I highly recommend this hotel. This is an amazing hotel with a stunning view, great and friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating at all times, delicious breakfast served on the terrace with a beautiful view. I will definitely visit this place again with my friends.

Perfect location, gorgeous Caldera views and sunsets. Easy walk to Fira, restaurants, bars with views nd t door, several supermarkets to stock up on water and beverages. Our private pool was fantastic and refreshing. Daily delicious breakfast brought to our patio every morning. Unique cave bathroom and shower, loved the washer to have fresh clothes for tge next leg of our trip. Cleopatra helped with reservations and was so kind and pleasant.

This is an excellent property with perfect views of the Caldera & the famous Santorini sunset. The breakfast was served in front of each suit daily with very hospitable staff. We can not wait to visit this facility again in the near future.

Our view of the caldera was amazing! The staff was very warm and welcoming. You definitely need a rental car to stay in this area. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel at first but it’s how the island is built. Overall, we will be returning. :)

We stayed 5 days at iliovasilema. The view was amazing. Cleopatra in particular and the rest of the staff were very friendly to the guests. It was not overcrowded. Rooms where cleaned every day. Breakfast was delivered every day to our room. If u want to enjoy ur vacation in santorini u definitely should choose for iliovasilema hotel and suites in imerovigli.

We had a great stay in this hotel, views are stunning, can see sunset clearly from hotel. Walking distance to many nice restaurants. Staff were all very good, cleopatra checked every day if we needed anything and would book any transfers or restaurants for us. Would highly recommend.

Hotel's location and service by the staff are fantastic. Breathtaking views right from your room. Food was ok, and the dishes that food were served were dirty most of the time. Quality of breakfast served was mediocre. However, I must mention one mishap during our check-in, which the hotel did not deal very professionally. I booked the honeymoon suite for 4 nights for over 1700 Euros (they claim it was a good sale price!!!). However, we are a family of 3 (a child 5 years old), and I did not realize that the room rate is for 2 people (which was written in very small fonts at the bottom of the hotel description on hotels.com). Being a Gold member of hotels.com and having VIP Access, when we arrived with our daughter, the hotel demanded 80 Euros per night extra for her. At 99% hotels, a child who is 5 years old stays for free and eats for free. After much much negotiating and argument with logic, they still charged us 60 Euros per night for her. And they didn't let us check in until we paid that. It was late at night, and we arrived there after a long flight. But they kept us waiting for 30+ minutes, until I paid that extra 240 Euros. I had prepaid that full amount of 1700 Euros or so in advance for the room. The honeymoon suite is the biggest of their rooms and can easily fit even 4 adults. They did not show any consideration, instead they indirectly threatened to cancel our reservation with zero refund. I am a frequent traveler across EU and this is the first in my life.

Great service the hotel staff is amazing! Friendly, very knowledgeable about the island and the history of the island, great recommendations for food and activities, and most of all they tried to accommodate us with all our needs! The hotel in general is extremely clean. The room was spotless!!! No complaints for nothing. The drinks and the food was great! We had dinner at the hotel with the amazing view of the caldera and the amazing sunset of Santorini! I recommend iliovasilema to everyone!

These were some of the nicest people I have ever met at a hotel/resort. My wife and I were treated above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even helped me book my taxi rides and also helped my Olán my day out for a full day of activities. They really care about their customers. Even had a complimentary bottle of wine in my room. Had a bar full of drinks. Breakfast was amazing. The view there is breathtaking while eating breakfast. I will definitely be back.

Amazing Stay for a Honeymoon
Location had an amazing view of the sunset and within a few mins walk of great restaurants. Better views of the sunset from here than in Oia, with no crowds at all. Hotel staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. Concierge at reception provided restaurant recommendations, directions, and arranged for a shuttle transfer to Oia/Fira. Hotel was clean. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and highly recommend it for the private pool/jacuzzi in our suite that had an unobstructed view of the caldera. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel with a perfect views
Overall our stay was 10/10, the nicest reception staff who are willing to assist in any way. Room was clean, well laid out. Perfect view from room. Hotel is ideal if you want to relax, not too many people. Plenty of nearby restaurants which the hotel can book for you. The one next door is a must for sunset dinner. Breakfast was brought to the room daily, only feedback would be improve quality of breakfast that is included. Basic at best, no flavour, seasonal fruit consisted of apples, few oranges and a couple of plums. Avoid ordering in, better off walking a few mins to have decent food. We ordered in as we were tired on our first day, mistake! We arrange transfer to airport - A1 service, on time, bags in the van, made it on time with no rush!

The hotel offers unparalleled views of the caladera and you'd stuggle to find a better spot for sunset in the whole of santorini! The staff are also very attentive and Imerovigli is a nice & relatively quiet base to explore the island. Sadly the hotel misses the mark in a few areas which given the price I would have expected better. Firstly, the room balconies do not feel very private with many opening onto footpaths. The main pool feels like an extension of someones room. The aircon unit and fridge in our room were very noisey - so much so I had to unplug the fridge and turn off the aircon every night.

The swimming pool are is spacious enough for all of everyone to enjoy the sun and the views. We take very seriously any reports made by our guests during their stay.Again we do not have any complains from you about any issues regarding the devices of the room. By the time you entered the room which was fresh,clean and it has been checked from the maintenance department.Until the day of your check out (3 days) you did not mention anything to the front office.We could try and resolve any inconvenience but you have never made a complain to us in person. For us is very important to meet guests expectations.Our team was at your entire disposal 24h per day in case you wished to report or ask anything,as you have seen by yourself.Therefore we consider unfair to dispute on issues that could have been managed during your stay with us. The views are spectacular. The sunsets were beautiful and the town of Oia was seen in the distance amongst it. The suites themselves were immaculate and unique with their white cave-like form which complemented the blue skies from our windows. Every time we called reception for our food orders, taxi orders, tour orders, or other questions, we were met with professionalism and utmost kindness. A lovely 5 Star experience.

Amazing hotel
Amazing 3 night stay at this beautiful Hotel. Really easy to get to, straight off the main road (actually something you need to consider as some are quite far down the steep steps of the caldera!) Our room as huge, clean, and the most amazing view our over the volcano.

Great views, very large suites and very convenient for car parking. The only thing is that most of the rooms have almost no privacy and the private terrace is basically by the pool. We changed room to the more private one and the experience changed completely! It went from a 4 to a 9.

Enjoyable with fantastic views
We had a brief 2-day stay at Iliovasilema and enjoyed our time there. The service was top notch and friendly, and we were unknowingly upgraded our first night to a suite. Cannot beat the sunset views from this hotel, they are outstanding!

Wonderful hotel at a good price views are excellent . Area more isolated and higher than nearby Fira but within thirty minute walk. Local restaurants much more affordable than Fira town.
