One stop shop
Nice location, pool, jacuzzi, neach and Bar & Restaurant all in one place. Beach a minite walk. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast good. Now, on not so good side, especially on villas section is the poor condition of building. Bathrooms are dated and one cant take shower without wetting the entire bathroom.

This was a great property. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The only downside was the pool. We went in early October and the pool was cold so we didn’t use it. Otherwise it was a great stay at a lovely hotel.

The cycladic "units" are a very nice touch, and the top lighting window lets in ample natural light (which is a bit of a problem if trying to sleep early, though). Rooms are spacious, with ample power sockets, and surprisingly, the in-room safe is fairly secure too (though not bolted down very well). The breakfast buffet is small, but with a surprising selection of sweet and savory foods. There are various healthy options too, and the number of components available in the buffet means you won't be getting tired of the fare during your stay. However, the hotel's network uplink is absolutely TERRIBLE - while WiFi signal strength is great, the modem is less so, and the connection keeps cutting out every few minutes. Bring a backup connection if you can. The locks are okay, but the main door lock started slipping on me, and I had to jiggle the cylinder back into place every few openings. Speaking of doors, the door tolerances are terrible, with huge gaps between the wings. On windy days, expect actual whistling. Finally, while the units are decently sized, the distribution of space leaves something to be desired, in that it doesn't leave a lot of places to stow baggage - although I was travelling fairly heavy, with large suitcases.

Beautiful beachside villa for a relaxing vacation
ABV was the perfect little beach hotel for our stay on Santorini. The pool is beautiful with lounge chairs and food service or you can walk a few steps to sit at the poolside bar/restaurant. Our balcony overlooked the pool and the sea beyond. Right across the small street, you can enjoy a day at the black sand beach in a comfortable lounge chair with full food service. Walk up the street and choose among a ton of beachside restaurants and bars or visit the watersports stand. And a short walk takes you to the bus stop where you can catch your transfer to a day at the volcano and hot springs or catch a bus into Fira. A filling daily breakfast and friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

An amazing hotel. Beautifully kept. Great location. Every member of staff were fantastic especially Christina (and I thnk Alex) on reception, cleaners, bar staff etc. Free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach (€8 for people not in the hotel). The pool area is gorgeous. Lots of sunbeds still free at 10am. Breakfast was great. Loads and loads of restaurants, beach bars really close by. Bus links to fira good but busy sometimes. To get anywhere else by bus you need to go to fira (€2.40) and then on from there. About €25 taxi to fira and €50 to Oia. One day visiting Fira and Oia was enough - amazing sunsets but sooo busy. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Basic hotel with really nice pool. Location is great in the quieter part of the strip. The beach condition is all the same no matter where you go, and all is walking distance, so best to stay a bit away from the crowded area. Room itself was dated. Doors and windows very old and no sound proofing at all. Walls are also old construction so you can hear noise by neighbors easily. Was awoken by partying neighbors. Went down to reception to complain and he called them right away. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Free parking on site. Again, gorgeous pool and good location is the high-lite of the property.

Perfect Hotel to stay in.
Great hotel to stay in. The pool is beautiful and the beach is right in front of it. The breakfast spread was very nice and the staff is really friendly. They have a great collection of books you can borrow. You will find nice restaurants just blocks away and great places to enjoy a cocktail. Also you will find different places for water sports near the hotel.

Great staff, be aware of the different rooms
My partner and I were originally given room 4, which is located in a building separate to the main reception building on an adjacent block. This room was dated, had a spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom that was impossible to lift our luggage up, the mattress was rock hard and being taller (6 foot) I banged my head on the bedroom ceiling every time we were upstairs. We also managed to flood the bathroom every time we showered. I responded to a feedback email from hotels.com within a day of us commencing our stay noting some of these issues and thinking nothing would come of it. Christina at reception spoke to us next time she saw us to find out what our issues were. She then offered to relocate us the following day when another room became available. The following day, as promised, we were moved to room 37, which as at the back of the main building. This room was on a single floor with room to store our luggage, it had the most comfortable mattress and the ceiling was no where near the top of my head. We still managed to flood the bathroom, but that is just the design, rather than something the hotel could fix. The service from all the staff at Atlantis Beach Villas was great - from Christina and her colleagues at reception, to the lovely ladies at breakfast and the room servicing staff. Perivolos is a lovely, quieter area to stay and I would recommend Atlantis Beach Villas as long as your room is in the main building. Also be aware the WiFi is pretty bad.

The area was lovely. My room was detached from the main hotel.it felt a bit 2nd class. Did I pay for second class? Few nights of my stay had bearing some noisy guests above. But I loved the sun shining through the door.

Peaceful hotel with great access to the beach.
Small hotel very relaxing with excellent access to the beach. Free sunbeds on the beach. Nice pool and bathing area. Rooms average size but clean with typical greek decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in good location to restuarants and buses into Fira.

It was great, we booked last minute on hotels.com - no issues checking in, the front desk gave us many good recommendations for dinner and what to see and even helped get us a tour the next day. ha twice because the first tour never came for us so we went back to the hotel as we paid there but they took our cell and gave us updates for when our new tour would come and everything. Great customer service!!

Ok hotel near beach but expected better
Average budget villa Positives Pool area is ok enough deck chairs not too busy. Staff are very helpful and pleasant Negatives Bathroom needs updating. No shower holder, you have to have a hand held shower. Beds are uncomfortable on brick base support. Bedding sheets and towels dated and not changed frequently enough. Staff didn't refill room with soaps Generally if you get a great deal and need to put your head down then fine. Amenities are close by but a touch pricey. Their restaurant / bar was so quiet we didn't fee comfortable having any evening meals there.

Had a problem with check in. The standard room was tiny and uncomfortable for 3 people. Terrible shower. They closed the pool at 5pm everyday to add chemicals and not reopen till after midnight. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of which to choose. The staff was wonderful.

The hotel and staff are great. The pool area, beach and bar are fabulous. However we were is a separate building away from the main building and the room was old and the bathroom was very small and really needed updating. The water pressure on the shower was very weak. However, the view of the ocean from our room was beautiful

Super nice service.. Christine spent a couple hours helping me develop a work around due to a Ferry strike which left me stranded with a rent a car on Santorini. She was fantastic. Even arranged for a 4:15 am breakfast for us when we had an early flight out. Great customer service!

An excellent stay in a hotel with a fabulous location. The room as mentioned in other reviews is very basic. Not the most comfortable bed, but it works when you are just coming in to sleep after laying on the beach all day. The location can't be beat. It is a drive away from Fira, so you would need a car to venture that way. The one negative was the WiFi never worked in the room, you had to be sitting at the restaurant in order to get any connectivity. For the price, I would most definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent location, great value for money
Considering the average price of a hotel in Santorini, this is great value for money! The room is basic (albeit has an updated bathroom) but the pool area is gorgeous and the location is on the nicest beach in Santorini with bars and restaurants all the way up/down it. We saw many hotels that felt slightly claustrophobic and/or were in poor areas and I would say that if you can't afford the top dollar hotels with the view over the sea, this is a fantastic alternative. I would however suggest that you do not use the car hire company on offer at the hotel - we were given one that broke down and another that sounded very poorly!!

Great Location! Stunning Pool!
Hotel was very pretty to look at from a distance. Loved the boganvilia spray of fuscia & white flowers draped across the front of the hotel. Very beautiful & colourful! The best feature of this hotel, is definitely the location on Perissa beach. There are also so many great restaurants to choose from, from one end of the beach to the other & it is a very long beach. They cook delicious, fresh, home cooked, traditional Greek dishes, that they are so famous for, from lunch to the early hours of the next morning, each day & they welcome you with open arms. The pool was very refreshing & at night the colour of the water was aqua, which looked amazing from the front of the hotel, very striking! The only disappointments, were that the breakfasts each morning were very simple & the shower had a hand held nozzle, which wasn't the most comfortable experience. The hotel has a snack & bar lounge area & a massage room, where I received a lovely relaxing, soothing full body massage. It was heavenly & totally recommend it! After breakfast, make sure to secure one of the pool lounge beds, as they get snatched up pretty quickly. The next best option is the beach, but who's complaining! Overall, it was a good place to stay. A very relaxing place to wind down after each day.

Our room looked out over the pool area which is exactly like the pictures:beautiful! They have a really nice bar/small restaraunt that has a small, but decent menu. It is like a pavilion with no walls, across the street from the stunning black sand beach. They have lovely beach chairs with palm frond umbrellas. The staff was so nice! The free breakfast was very good! So blissfully peaceful. It is located about 20 minutes from the crowds of Santorini town center,so it was easy to drive there to shop, but there is a little business district nearby with Mom and Pop shops and restaraunts.SOO cheap compared to town center. The only down side was: The beds were very firm, and the pillows terrible. The rooms were very clean, but had zero decor! Prison gray actually. But we spent out time outside absorbing the bliss! Also, my advice is to rent a car at the ferry or airport as they were thirty five euros at the hotel instead of twenty five at the ferry and it was a heap!! :) The Red Beach and the ancient ruins were nearby. A great value for money!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane. Esperienza bellissima, rilassante e all'insegna della tranquillità. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di essere un po' rinfrescato e svecchiato. La colazione dovrebbe essere un po' più varia e diversificata nei giorni, soprattutto se si soggiorna per più giorni.
