The facilities are beautiful and well-kept, the food at the restaurants is divine, and the service is top-knotch. However, we had a few complaints about our room. First, the hot tub on our deck was not warm enough to use at night, which was a primary reason we chose this room. At $1,000 a night, it most certainly should be. Additionally, there is absolutely no privacy on the balcony. There is practically no wall separating the balcony from the rest of the hotel. So sitting on our balcony, anyone walking down the steps or in adjacent areas can see and hear everything. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, in THE nicest place I've ever been to, Santorini. The staff are incredibly attentive and polite and it's clear they are highly trained - they cannot do enough for you. The small team at the Villas address you by name from day one, even those you haven't met yet. The views are out of this world. The breakfast (included) was incredible. I can't speak highly enough or recommend any more.
