Villa kallisti is a spectacular 5-bedroom ultra-luxury villa perched at the entrance of Oia, Santorini. Nestled on a private 5,000 sq.m. plot surrounded by serene natural landscape, the villa boasts unobstructed northwest-facing views of the Aegean Sea and breathtaking sunsets.  
The stunning outdoor areas features 27 meter infinity pool, depth: 1.40 – 2.10 m; equipped with sun loungers, daybeds, umbrellas, and sound system; an Indoor/outdoor gym pool (depth: 1.70 m), heated on request; Multiple lounge areas and pergola-shaded dining space; Outdoor BBQ and fireplace for al fresco meals; Changing rooms with WC  
  
The interiors of the property is an impressive 740 sq.m. of space the estate is designed for ultimate comfort, elegance, and privacy. Architecturally, Villa kallisti is a sophisticated blend of traditional Cycladic design, contemporary minimalism, and high-end finishes. The villa comfortably hosts up to 12 guests across three expansive levels:

this main level features a spacious living area with an oversized corner sofa, flat-screen TV, and Marshall sound system. A fully equipped marble kitchen; Dining room with a dining table made of fossilized marble.  
Additional highlights include: Two dedicate laptop workstations; A guest WC  
This level also features a stylish double bedroom with queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and private skylight terrace with a personal hot tub  
Direct access to an outdoor dining area with gas BBQ, pergola-shaded lounge, and an outdoor fireplace; Reflecting pool design across the outdoor space, enhancing the serene ambiance  
  
TheUpper Level feature two luxurious bedrooms:  
Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed, private furnished terrace, sea and pool views, and sunset views during summer months. En-suite bathroom with double vanity, bathtub, and shower cabin.  
Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, partial sea view, in-room bathtub, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and shower cabin.  
  
Pool Level: A haven for wellness and entertainment, the pool level features:  
Expansive lounge with satellite TV and Bluetooth speaker;  
State-of-the-art gym with direct access to an 8-meter indoor/outdoor heated pool (heated upon request); Sauna and private bathroom with shower; Two laptop workstations and a wine/champagne cellar with wine cooler  
This level also features:  
Luxury Suite: Queen-size bed, sitting area with sofa bed, sea/pool views, direct pool access, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower cabin, and bathtub
