About this space  
Brand new and stylish apartment with a huge panoramic view terrace, overlooking the Blue Aegean sea and other island. It's modern design and amenities are ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay.  
The space  
Private Suite with Sea View (Moschatos Beach House 2) is a guesthouse in the village of Kamari which is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes to the Fira Town. The house is recently renovated and accessible through a traditional path. Just 2 minutes away (walking distance) is the lovely black beach of Kamari with crystal clear waters. The apartment is ideally positioned for those who are interested in exploring this beautifull island.

The apartment it's all yours and the nice private terrace.  
Other things to note  
Right after your arrival we offer you local wine .  
\~We can also provide you all the usefull and necesary information you may need to make your vacation easier.  
  
\~Guest are kindly requested not to flush toilet paper or any other objects down the toilet as there is danger of overflow, please use the bins provided  
  
\~Please note that the tap water in Santorini is not drinkable, for this reason you are provided a bottle of water upon your arrival  
\~Water is a precious resource use it wisely  
\~There is an outdoor shower at the front yard, where you can use it to clean any sand left on your feet to avoid clogging your bathroom drain  
  
\~SMOKING & COOKING FISH IS STRICTLY PROHIBITE  
  
\~Since we recommend our guests to come to Moschatos Beach House for peace and relax, we kindly request that you do not play loud music or have the television at a full volume especially between the hours of 15:00\~17:30 and 23:00\~07:00(under police order)  
  
\~ Personal laundry facilities available on site \~done by our maid and charged @12 EUR per load, if reguested.24 hours turnaround required.
