One can go strolling during the early hours of the morning to avoid the tourist crowds. Konstantinos, the host, was also very helpful and responsive. An FYI, The location shown on the map was different then where it was. The view was great! We really enjoyed the roof top deck to watch the sunset from. Only complaint is that the shower head was broken, so we had to hold the shower head to shower which is very awkward when trying to wash your hair. Also, the bathroom and kitchen cabinets had a musty smell, which I am assuming because it is a cave. We kept the bathroom fan on to diffuse the smell. If you are looking to have the Santorini experience this is it, specially after seeing all the people waiting for a few hours to see the sunset. You have one of the best lo locations to see the sunset. Go to to grocery store ( 5 minutes walk, where you get dropped off when arriving) and get your self a bottle of wine, you be saving a lot money by doing that. The apartment/house is cute just dont bring a lot of luggage or you will run out of space. The bathroom and common areas smell, I was told it is normal in Oia. Management was fast to reply always and the ladies who clean are very helpful respectful. This apartment is nothing like the pictures used for the property. You can NOT see the sunset from the apartment and there are no lounge chairs on a roof top. This apartment is very small and just off one alley way in the center of Is. it’s an amazing location but difficult to find when checking in. Make sure you make contact with the manager about your arrival time, especially if you do not have cell service.
