The area was very nice, the propwrty itself could be better, the room was good eize and clean but some basic stuff that other hotels are offering were not offered. Like having couple of tea bags in the room. Over all nice area but pretty average property.

Beautiful place conveniently located very close to the Caldera walk-way view points. Excellent value. Super clean and very friendly and accommodating staff. Maria at front desk, Mundi (staff) and specially Renata (Reni) in the restaurant/buffet area was- is- particularly nice and efficient. We really enjoyed our visit to Fira. Dining and shopping options are almost endless. Walk towards Town Square for yummy and less pricey options. Bust Station is within 200 meters. You can pay 2 Euros per person on Public Bus from ferry area and/or Airport...or pay up 30-50 Euros for Shuttles/Taxi. Public buses pick up in the very middle of Pier area. At least once per hour, Just hang tight, they do come by.

We stayed in a three-person room. Great room and amenities. Perfect location, very short walk to Fira and the main bus station, which can take you almost anywhere around the Island. Would recommend and stay here again!

Nice place for price
It was a nice sized room but the shower was really small and flooded. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There were some men hanging out front when I arrived and I initially thought they were staff but they were not. Kind of an uncomfortable feeling getting cat called and harassed for your itinerary..
