### Argyro's IO: Panoramic house with jacuzzi.

IO, is the first floor apartment in the Emporio traditional village renovated last in 2025 .  
It is located at the south-east part of Santorini at a distance 8 min by car and 20 min by foot to Perissa and Perivolos beach.   
The house is at the lower part of the famous middle ages fortress Kastelli.  
Guests can make the most of all that the lively Santorini has to offer with its convenient location giving easy access to the must-see destinations.  
The property offers numerous facilities to satisfy the most discerning guests.  
IO, is the first floor apartment of a traditional stone house of two levels. The apartment is a dome house 4.5 m in height and an area of 38 sqm, with a veranda of 15 sqm.   
The lower level of the house is called ARGYRO's ESTIA (see ARGYRO's profile/listings).   
It is in the heart of the amazing village of Emporio at the lower part of the famous middle ages fortress Kastelli and close to two free municipal parkings (80 meters distance).  
IO, is a haven of tranquility and luxury, thoughtfully designed to provide an unforgettable stay in the heart of Emporio.   
Warm atmosphere welcomes you when entering IO, and sparking clean house will make you feel at home away from home.   
The living room is beautifully decorated, complete with a comfortable built single bed suitable for an additional guest with wardrobe.   
There is a built table for office activities.  
The space is equipped with modern amenities including A/C, free wireless internet, a flat-screen TV, solar water heater, ensuring your comfort and entertainment throughout your stay.  
The bedroom is an upper placed space in the dome, and you go up by a wooden stair. The bedroom is masterpiece of comfort, with a double bed adorned with premium bed linens, promising restful nights with a serene village ambiance and a window with a shadow white curtain  
The dome room's aesthetic is complemented by soft lighting and elegant decor, creating a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration.  
Step into the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything needed to prepare gourmet meals or quick snacks.   
Appliances like a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker add to the convenience, alongside essential cookware, dishes, kettle, toaster, microwave and silverware.  
The veranda is covered by a fixed wooden pergola. There is a table where you can have your breakfast, lunch, dinner and enjoy gazing at the endless sea and relax and smoke free.  
One of the highlights of IO House is the luxurious heating Jacuzzi, located on the private patio. Here, you can unwind and soak in the warm, bubbling waters while enjoying the magnificent views of Kastelli, sea, and the mountain of Profitis Elias.   
The patio is also perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying evening cocktails under the stars.  
Additional features that make this home especially comfortable for long-term stays include a washing machine, ironing facilities, hair dryer, and a selection of toiletries including shampoo and body wash.

Points forts : Propreté

The house was clean and perfect. We loved that we had room for our suitcase. In the house we had everything we needed for our stay. The host was nice and helpful, she even helped us book a volcano trip and took us to the meeting point. The pool was nice to relax in after a busy day. We loved to walk in emporio and visit the local spot.
