I think the location was great. Personnel was attentive and cordial. Lobby looks nice. Reception area looks off poor lighting . I requested an ocean view and I got a partial ocean view. That was not my main issue. My problem was the bathroom. I couldn’t take a bath in this old and ugly bathtub. It was an old tall bathtub. Fixture were cramp bathroom was too small, I wonder what’s the purpose of having a toilet and a urinal ! No soap no shampoo. It was disgusting. It was only one night and barely couldn’t stand it. Reading light didn’t work, lights were poor Ugggr no ever again. Bed was comfortable, but I felt no sure if it was clean. AC works at least. Corporation should make a big remodel work on this rooms specially on the bathrooms. I would never stayed again .

Very well trained staff and service great so far however there is rare parity issue.... We paid more with Expedia than the public rate of offered locally which inclded breakfast and a bottle of champagne and a deluxe roomm we never got anything of that and our rate was higher....

Property is ok overall. The room is dated and had an old carpet smell when I first walked in. The room was executive but was overpriced due to the fact it's now old and outdated. The 1.5 baths was a good feature to have.

The staff was professional and cordial. There was not hot water to take a shower. A cappuccino requested during the breakfast was not included because “the coffee came in a capsule”,it had to be paid separately, it was not part of the included breakfast.

Crowne Plaza is a very comfortable and peaceful hotel. Although It seem more for business purposes. The restaurant staff are amazing.

Nice clean property. All of the staff was nice and helpful. Good food at the pool bar and restaurant. The tomahawk steak was great. Indihira (can’t remember how to spell her name), at front desk was really nice and helpful. Doorman Cesar was very helpful. Disappointed I didn’t get to talk to him before I left. I would definitely stay here again. Hopefully soon.

The AC in the room had two options 1. Turn it off and it's too hot2. Turn it on at the lowest setting too cold The shower head was so low I had to contort my head to get under it. I am not that tall 6'. The breakfast buffet not very good in fruit or juices. I was almost assaulted by prostitutes 2 blocks from the hotel when I told them politely that I wasnt intereste

Property need improvements. I visit it frequently. Bathroom need attention maintenance. Balcony door lock was broke. Many employees are very slow. I wait more than 3 hour for ice cause in my floor don't hace ice machine. I stay in a suite in the Executive Tower as always. But last two times Im concerned.

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The workers in the restaurant an pool area were friendly and polite . This hotel need an update. I stayed in this property when it named V Centenario, years ago and till now many things are the same.
