We are only five minutes away from the fresh breezes of the Caribbean Sea in the City's Malecon. A recently renovated colonial home. The first home that forms part of the historical "Callejon de Regina". Our guests would enjoy the independence of navigating the Zonal Colonial attractions by themselves since all of the attractions are at a short distance. Our home is a hybrid of historical architecture and modern interior. The fabulous skylight brings morning light, brightening the house with natural sun light. The bedrooms are comfortably air conditioned and our kitchen will allow guests to prepare their own home cooked meals if their excursion time will allows it. The location was perfect for exploring Zona Colonial on foot, and on-street parking was available or a secure parking lot nearby. The kitchen was well appointed, the wi-fi worked great all the time, the washer and dryer were a bonus, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a nice break from the heat. I would note that the second bedroom has no window, so can feel a bit gloomy, but we enjoyed hanging out in the living space with the windows open and hearing the street life outside. Would stay here again. Communication with the host was very easy and Dinorka was very helpful. ##### Annie S.
