The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, offering everything you need to feel at home. It includes a Smart TV and WiFi to ensure a comfortable and unforgettable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, and basic cooking utensils for preparing meals or snacks at any time.

Las Condes is a neighborhood located in the eastern sector of Santiago, the capital of Chile. It is one of the city's most prosperous and developed areas and is characterized by being an important financial and commercial center. Additionally, Las Condes is known for being a high-end residential zone, with modern apartment buildings, large houses, and numerous parks.  
  
The neighborhood offers a wide range of services, including shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, theaters, educational institutions, and healthcare centers. It is also a major business hub, hosting many offices of both national and international companies.  
  
As for tourist attractions, it features several points of interest, such as Parque Araucano, a large green space offering outdoor activities and cultural events. Moreover, the neighborhood is close to the Andes Mountains, allowing residents and visitors to enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and skiing during the appropriate season.
