If you like the center, great food, real city life, this is a great place.
You got some nice features close, a nice "zona rossa" close where you can go out eat amazingly and the taxi's will bring you everywhere. It's not ideal for families but more for couples and more experiences travelers.
My room was pleasant but to be honest, I couldnt be bothered to ask them to clean the bathroom again because it smelled like urine. A quick clean and it was great.
Small but comfortable, good bed and has all the things you need.
Internet was ok for browsign but for work (which I had to do quite a bit of) it was... meager.
Will gladly return here.

Ten day stay in Santiago, before heading south. First thing is that the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are laid out well. There is even a fairly large well stocked grocery store located on the street level of the building. Being in the heart of El Centro district, everything from nice restaurants to government offices and unique shopping are close by. Street musicians roam the street. I always felt save, just watch where you lay down your bag (as in any big city in the world). I will be going back there on my next visit to Santiago.

This place is within walking distance to some of the most beautiful areas in Downtown Santiago in a beautiful and safe inviorement. In the Heart of Barrio Bellas Artes . I recommend this place very much.
Awesome location. Staff always so friendly and willing to help. The room was small but cozy clean and equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay here. They also have a safe which came very handy
My wife, oldest son and I stayed for 3 nights at this location. My wife and I had stayed there before so we knew the location. Our double room was fine and beds worked out. (two twin beds and a sofa sleeper) The only real problem was that we seemed to be always running out of toilet paper and had to call to reception for more.
Otherwise I would recommend this as a option to some of the very expensive hotels of Santiago. It was very convenient to cafes's, restaurants and shopping at local grocery store accros the street. Naturally, the price for the thee nights was a plus
