A bit of a tough place to find as it is in between the two street addresses, which did not make sense to me until I actually got there. Tower B is best accessed from the Merced side ( it has a wheelchair access for rolling luggage.
The office is in suite 317, which is upstairs.
Building is a bit old and getting run down. My patio door would not lock. They never were able to figure out why my internet would not work. Dust bunnies everywhere in the room, but they do leave you a broom!
Qute a central location for viewing the main tourist activities in Santiago. Most within walking distance.
J. V. Lastarria street has some great eating places.
"Nice neighborhood, very good value for the price"
Very pleasant host. Bed, bathroom, towels are very clean. Furniture is very simple but the bed is comfortable. Good TV with a number of English speaking programs. Sr. Francisco was kind enough to provide some necessities for the first breakfast. Kitchenette is well stocked with dishes for two people. It includes a microwave, a small fridge, a sink and a stove with two burners. Located on a lovely street about 15-20 minute walk from the metro station. Overall a very good value for the money.

Set in a tranquil and traditional part of the city, the Departamentos Nice & Cool are a beautiful Santiago de Chile …More
We showed up and everything was locked and got worried about all the locked roller gates but don't be worried! It's a great location within walking distance to alot of attractions.
It's a secure building.
Receptionist is there 24 hours but doesn't speak English.
Carlos and Andreas were very helpful and responded to my emails in a timely fashion.
They allowed us to keep our bags there until midnight the day after and were very forthcoming and helpful in arranging taxis and providing us with further info we were after.
My apartment was comfy and clean and the bed was comfortable, too. I was able to check in early thru the front desk in the lobby. All other services are provided by a very professional staff on the 9th floor in a connected tower. This is an apartment building for Chileans living in the city. Apparently, part of the building is managed separately as a hotel. Close to metro and Plaza de Armas. A little noisy at night, but I was still able to sleep. There are few English speakers on the hotel staff, but everyone tries hard to communicate. We booked two great tours using the services of the ladies on the 9th floor. Be sure to visit the rooftop pool, 30th floor, tower B. Awesome views. There are not enough elevators for this size building so be prepared to wait or use the stairs.
Buissness trip to Santiago and was looking for a place to rest between meetings.
Central and lovely neighborhood is the Lastarrias diacritic.
Clean and more than adecuate layout.
Would reccomend to friends.
A couple bags of tea would have been a lovely surprise in the kitchenette, though....
