La communication avec l'agence Hosticasa est lamentable. Ils ne parlent que l'espagnol, ils envoient des emails en espagnol sans même dire de quoi ils parlent (aucune référence de la réservation), emails qui en plus arrivent dans les spams. En réservant sur Expedia et en donnant ma carte de crédit en garantie, je n'ai pas compris que le paiement ne serait pas fait (alors pourquoi demander une carte de crédit ?) et un email en espagnol sans aucune référence mais avec un Iban me demande de payer rapidement. Je précise que ce n'est pas le seul logement que j'ai réservé pour mes vacances et donc je ne savais vraiment pas de quoi ils me parlaient. Sans compter cette caution de 200€ à payer d'avance alors que sur place il n'y a aucun état des lieux ni inventaire. Pourtant il y avait bien des choses à redire sur l'état de l'appartement. Globalement il était très bien et confortable mais la porte du balcon n'avait plus de poignée et donc elle ne pouvait être verrouillée. Les volets ne fermaient pas bien non plus et les murs comportaient de nombreuses traces. Je me suis permis de leur dire par WhatsApp après avoir pénétré dans l'appartement. Ils m'ont dit de ne pas m'inquiéter... Maintenant je dois espérer pendant deux semaines que je retrouve la totalité de la caution ! Bref, l'appartement très bien, l'agence nulle. PS : je suis professionnel dans le tourisme, ça me désole que des gens soient si peu pro avec leurs clients et ça me coûte de devoir laisser un commentaire pareil.
