Discover Villa Nautilus – a spectacular holiday villa in Cala d′Or, located in a peaceful residential area just 80 meters from Es Pou beach, one of the most cherished coves in Mallorca. Ideal for families, the beach features fine sand and shallow waters. This detached villa with a private pool, Mediterranean garden, and spacious sunny terraces is the perfect choice for your holiday on Mallorca’s southeast coast.   
  
Villa Nautilus offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests, spread over two levels:   
  
On the upper floor, accessed via an external staircase, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and a large private terrace with open views.   
  
The ground floor features three twin bedrooms, all with air conditioning, a full bathroom with shower, a large living-dining room with Smart TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, and direct access to the terrace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine.   
  
The outdoor space at Villa Nautilus is perfect for enjoying Mallorca’s climate: a private swimming pool (7 x 4 m) with entry steps, sun loungers, a parasol, an outdoor dining area, and a built-in barbecue. The fenced garden with lawn and shaded areas offers a safe play space for children.   
  
Located in one of the best areas of Cala d′Or, Villa Nautilus is just a short walk from restaurants, supermarkets, and local shops, with options for all tastes. Its location allows you to get around easily without a car and enjoy the nearby Cala d′Or marina, as well as other nearby beaches such as Cala Egos, Cala Gran, and Cala Ferrera.
