With four bedrooms and space for up to eight people, the house offers ideal accommodation for families or a group of friends who want to spend relaxed days in the southeast of Mallorca. The house has a practical room layout on two floors. On the ground floor are the living room with an open dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, and three bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms share a bathroom, while the third has its own bathroom. On the upper floor is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The furnishings are kept simple and functional, so the focus is on coziness and comfort. The outdoor area invites relaxation with a private pool and a furnished terrace. A barbecue area offers the opportunity to enjoy mild summer evenings with a shared meal outdoors. The garden is surrounded by typical Mallorcan vegetation and provides a pleasant atmosphere to unwind. The property is completely fenced and has three parking spaces for vehicles. The location of the house is ideal for those who appreciate beach proximity and a quiet environment. Cala Llombards can be reached in a few minutes and invites swimming and sunbathing with its fine sand and turquoise water. The town of Santanyí with its supermarkets, restaurants, and popular weekly market is just a few kilometers away. Other beaches such as Cala Santanyí or Cala S'Amarador, as well as the Mondragó Nature Park, can be reached quickly by car. Casa Azul offers simple but comfortable equipment with everything necessary for a relaxed holiday. Available are a fireplace, central heating, and air conditioning for pleasant temperatures in any season. WiFi, satellite TV, and a radio provide entertainment. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. Hairdryers and towels are available in the bathrooms. The house is perfect for those who want to enjoy a relaxed break in a beautiful environment without having to do without proximity to beaches, nature, and small charming places. What is in the house? Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to contact us. IMPORTANT! According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not charge these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in these cases.
