Next to the pool, a porch equipped with a built-in barbecue invites you to share unforgettable moments with friends and loved ones. The nearby table offers the perfect place to enjoy delicious outdoor meals. This space combines the historic beauty of the estate with comfort. The estate, with its rustic yet modernized charm, offers a cozy space spread over two floors. On the ground floor, a spacious living-dining room with Smart TV invites you to relax and enjoy leisure time. The independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and all necessary amenities, including a dishwasher for added convenience, is the perfect place to prepare delicious dishes. Also on this floor, there's a room with a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower, offering privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom completes this level.
