In the common areas you will find a shared chlorine pool, which has dimensions of 9.5 x 4.5 m and a depth range of between 0.65 and 2.1 m, which will be perfect for cooling off. Around it, there are sun loungers to relax on while sunbathing, a barbecue and a furnished area where you can enjoy preparing delicious grilled dishes. Back at the property, the private terrace will become the perfect space to start the day with a good breakfast or have a drink with your companions at the end of the day. Due to its location in a block of apartments, there are direct neighbors in the apartment. The bright and modern interior of the apartment is decorated with great care and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The cozy living room, equipped with AC and Smart TV, leads to the kitchen, which has ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to rest, there are two beautiful bedrooms, both with double beds. In addition to enjoying the beaches and the charm of the center of Cala d'Or, you can embark on boat trips to explore the magnificent coves and bays in the surrounding area.
