It is located about 2.5 km southwest of Santanyi, one of the most beautiful areas in the southeast of the island of Mallorca. The atmosphere is unique, your stay will be an unforgettable experience. The house has four large bedrooms each with direct access to the bathroom area. There are two rooms upstairs in the main house and two rooms in the adjoining building connected to the main building. There is a spacious kitchen (fully equipped), a large dining area and a large living room with TV and stereo. Cable TV and Wifi are freely available. Immediately at the house there is a spacious barbeque area, with direct access to the kitchen. On the way to the pool you can admire the excellently landscaped garden. At the pool itself is a small kitchen and enough space for "sun seekers". There is also a large awning, which can be extended for protection from the sun. In front of the main entrance to the finca, but in the fenced property area, there are enough parking spaces. The Finca El Sueño is a unique experience and guarantees you a relaxing holiday. Santanyi is an ideal starting point to explore the south and east of Mallorca and the interior of the island. In recent years, many artists, craftspeople and designers have settled in Santanyi, so that even shopping enthusiasts will find it easily. The gastronomy in Santanyi is more traditional - in rustic restaurants and tapas bars you can enjoy the Mallorcan cuisine in a spectrum of "rustic-rustic" to "urban-refined". Not far from the finca, in Cala de Santanyi, you will also find localities with international offers. Night owls will enjoy the resort's bars, pubs and clubs. The house is beautiful inside and out. We liked that the house is located in a quiet, peaceful area yet close to many of the beautiful calas and quaint towns. We expecially enjoyed the many outdoor areas to hang out and the pool. Some things that would have made our stay even more enjoyable would be wash cloths in bathrooms, hot water in showers (only lukewarm water for showers other than master bath), and access to tv streaming services in the main living room. Removing our own trash at end of stay was cumbersome and unusual as we had to haul trash in our car for disposal in town 10 minutes away. It is truly stunning, the house itself has everything you could wish for. The views from the balcony are beautiful. Plenty outdoor seating areas, ideal for a family holiday. The pool is a great size and very clean. The pool house is excellent. We would recommend you take some speakers to play music by the pool as that is the only thing it didn't have. We were made to feel very welcome by Marta. She is friendly and always happy to help if there was anything we needed. Thomas (the owner) replied instantly about any queries we had before arrival. In Wirklichkeit ist die Finca und die Zimmer noch schöner als auf den Fotos im Internet. Mit 7 Personen konnten wir uns perfekt in die Zimmer verteilen (Eltern + 2 Kinder) haben im Anbau geschlafen, der mit dem Haupthaus verbunden ist. Die Großzügigkeit der Küche und des Wohnbereichs, sowie des ganzen Anwesens hat uns mehr als begeistert. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen. Für die Kinder steht eine Tischtennisplatte und Zubehör zur Verfügung, sowie kleine Minitore und Federballschläger. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll war die Kommunikation mit Marta! Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Sie! Schon vor der Reise konnten wir mit Marta Kontakt aufnehmen bzgl. der Heizung, weil es im März noch kalt angesagt war. Das gesamte Haus verfügt über Bodenheizung und es war zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehr angenehm warm, auch in den Badezimmern. Marta hat uns ganz herzlich in der Finca begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Abends gab es dann noch Tipps und Infos zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants per Handy. Marta war wirklich zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat umgehend geantwortet. Wir planen nun schon unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im April 2025 in dieser wunderbaren Finca, weil wir nicht glauben, dass dieses Haus noch getoppt werden kann. ##### Claudia B. Jul 7, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wunderschöne und hochwertige Finca mit Weitblick Die Finca ist im Innen- sowie Aussenbereich sehr grosszügig und hochwertig gestaltet. Sauberkeit wird gross geschrieben. Alle 4 Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön und komfortabel, was die Zimmerverteilung in der Gruppe einfacher macht :-). Uns war aufgrund der Internetbeschreibung im Vorfeld nicht klar, dass es nur einen Gasgrill gibt. Wir erhielten in der Mitte unseres Aufenthaltes frische Bettwäsche und Duschtüscher zum Wechseln. Super wäre gewesen, wenn es auch frische Pool-Tücher gegeben hätte. Wir haben dann selber gewaschen, was auch kein Unglück war. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass es bei der Abreise Unstimmigkeiten mit der Bezahlung der Tourismus-Steuer gab. Man sollte daher bei der Bezahlung unbedingt auf eine Quittung bestehen. Leider war in den ertsen 8 tagen an 5 Tagen das Wasser kalt - Duschen kaum / nicht möglich ... im gesamten Haus... Immer kam der Heizungsmonteur und immer gab es neue Probleme mit der Warmwasseraufbereitung... Zum Glück wurde uns ein Hauswechsel angeboten... Aber eine Geldrückerstattung für die kalten WASSERTAGE gab es bis jetzt nicht -trotz E-mail-Korrespondenz... Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und die Lage unfassbar schön. Wir haben den traumhaften Ausblick mit der Ruhe und den Geräuschen der Natur sehr genossen. An dem sehr großen Pool haben wir viel Zeit verbracht und des Öfteren die Tischtennisplatte ausgenutzt. Dennoch ist man nur 5 Minuten von Santanyi, mit tollen Restaurants und allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Alle Ansprechpartner rund um die Vermietung sind nur am Wohl des Gastes interessiert und man fühlt sich einfach nur Willkommen. This is a beautiful house close to Santanyi and some nice beaches . The atmosphere is super relaxed and has great views into the countryside. We live this place so much and thinking to come back very soon . Although we mostly used the outside areas for dining and chilling , the inside is very modern . Kitchen could have been better stocked for cooking. Wonderful outdoor terrace for dining. Wasn’t too crowded with furniture, etc. Close to santanyi and many restaurants. Would totally recommend based on our experience- they apparently are building several new houses nearby (one directly In front of the pool is already mostly built) and this could change the peacefulness of the surroundings over time. ##### Anita S. Ein wunderschönes Haus, eines der wenigen Häuser mit zeitgemäßer, moderner und hochwertiger Einrichtung und vor allem auch im Winter top bewohnbar! Im Sommer sicherlich noch besser, allein wegen der riesigen überdachten Terrasse! Besonders hervorzuheben war aber unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort! Die Fotos versprechen nicht zu viel, es war von A bis Z alles stimmig. Die Finca befindet sich an einem schönen, ruhigen Ort. Auch die Ansprechperson vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
