### Can Maimó Nou - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

Located in Santanyí, this wonderful country house welcomes 8 guests.  
  
The property's exteriors are ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. In the extensive garden, you will find a private salt swimming pool, with dimensions of 11 x 5 m and a depth range of between 1.6 and 2.2 m, which will undoubtedly be perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. All around there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a furnished porch where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. The property is fenced and offers total privacy.  
  
Distributed on two floors, the modern and luminous interior of the property is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, which also leads to the kitchen, equipped with an induction hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. In the house, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the same floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds, AC, heating and access to the garden and two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the last bedroom with a double bed, AC, heating, working space and access to a private terrace. In the basement, you will find an additional bathroom with a shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.  
  
This accommodation is located very close to Santanyí, a charming Mallorcan village known for its natural beauty, unspoilt beaches and traditional historic centre. It is an architectural gem, with narrow cobbled streets, stone houses and an impressive Gothic church. The main square, the Plaza Mayor, is a lively place where locals and visitors alike gather for outdoor cafés and cultural events. If you fancy a day of sun and sea, Santanyí has a stunning coastline with numerous coves and beaches with white sand and crystal clear waters, such as Cala Figuera, Cala Llombards, Cala Mondragó, and Es Trenc. These beaches are ideal for relaxing, swimming and water sports. In short, Santanyí is an ideal destination for those looking to enjoy the natural beauty, culture and tranquillity of Mallorca. From its idyllic beaches to its charming old town and cultural activities, Santanyí offers an authentic island experience.
