Apartment playa d'Or with wifi, AC, pool and beach view The apartment, located in a residence with a private pool, has a fantastic sea view and private access to the beach. It is ideally located, 5 min walk from the pedestrian center of the city with its many restaurants, bars, shops and taxi ranks. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a terrace. It has air conditioning in all rooms, WIFI, cable TV and washing machine. We have at your disposal chairs and beach towels. The car is not necessary. Séjour de 7 nuits en août 2021 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Philippe et Dorinda B., Lyon 29 avr. 2019 #### Séjour hélas gaché par le mauvais temps Après avoir été plusieurs fois en Corse, nous voulions testé les fameuses calas de Majorque. Hélas nous sommes tombés une semaine de très mauvais temps (froid, pluie, vent, ciel gris voire noir). Bref on se serait plutôt crus en Bretagne en plein mois de Novembre. D'où notre énorme déception biensûr sur ce premier séjour aux Baléares. A part ça, les points positifs de la location : - disponibilité et accueil de Florence impeccables - petites attentions à notre arrivée (bouteille de vin, jus de fruit...) - appartement bien agencé et spacieux - terrasse avec superbe vue sur la mer - tout à proximité (bus, commerces, restaurants, plage) donc situation idéale. Quelques points moins bien : - pas de parking, il faut trouver une place dans la rue, en Avril ça a été, mais j'imagine qu'en pleine saison ce doit être la galère - en cas de mauvais temps, l'appartement est très humide, impossible de sécher les serviettes de toilette par exemple, du coup on est tous rentrés enrhumés - quelques manques dans la cuisine (bols pour le déjeuner, planche à découper, économe pour éplucher les légumes, sets de table pour protéger la table, couvercles pour les poêles, poivre, huile d'olive) mais rien de grave. En résumé, je vous recommande cette location quand il fait beau. ##### Philippe et Dorinda B. Idéalement situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec accès direct sur la plage. Proximité des nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants, pas besoin de voiture. The location of both units, access to the very safe beach, shared pool, Cala d'Or's restaurants, marina and facilities is great but without a car Cala d'Or might not be the easiest base from which to explore the island. The star of the holiday is probably Florence who just makes things so straight forward and sorts out issues, communicates and meets you at arrival so everything is a trouble free experience leading to a great holiday. Die Lage oberhalb des Strandes Cala Gran ist ideal, über den privaten Zugang sind es nur wenige Meter bis zum Meer. Großer Balkon mit ganztägiger Sonne (Markisen vorhanden) und Blick auf die Bucht runden den tollen Gesamteindruck ab. ##### Hans Jupp E. She welcomed us in a friendly and helpful way. I can only recommend this beautifully located holiday flat to everyone. The location with a direct view of the bay of Cala Gran convinced us. Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können sie nur empfehlen! Die Lage ist einfach genial, direkt am Strand, Centrum direkt um die Ecke und trotzdem ruhig. The beach was just a short walk and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony. Florence was an excellent host and maintained great communication.
