Gracias a su excelente ubicación, desde nuestro apartamento podrás descubrir Santander a pie, con acceso fácil a tiendas, restaurantes, bares y todos los puntos de interés del centro. El Mercado de la Esperanza está a solo 200 metros.  
  
Situado en una quinta planta con ascensor, este acogedor y luminoso apartamento ofrece fantásticas vistas de la ciudad.  
  
Cuenta con un espacio abierto tipo estudio, con cama de matrimonio, un amplio sofá y una chimenea decorativa que aporta un toque especial.  
  
La cocina está equipada con lo esencial (no dispone de horno ni lavadora, pero encontrarás una lavandería a solo 50 metros). El baño es completo, con plato de ducha.  
  
Ideal para 2 personas: parejas, familias o amigos que buscan una estancia cómoda y funcional en el corazón de Santander.
