It is not really a city express It is a domus hotel son it is not the same. I reserved because you sell it to me as a really city express. The worst was when we had to change room Because of bedbugs ☹️☹️😒 it is well located and good if you need a parking place Th other room worhout issues

Hotel was pretty far from downtown on a industrial park to start. Carpet at the hallways was old and dirty, room was not cleaned everyday as was advertised. Overall I was not happy there.

The only thing around is a Corte ingles at about 10 mins walk. Hotel although clean is quite old and a bit tatty inside

A safe, easy to find hotel in Santander.
This was a good overnight stay. Being British we did miss not having a hot breakfast but the Continental breakfast was well provided.

Friendly staff and the room was clean. Hotel quite far from Santander centre so you'll need to take a taxi to get there - or the airport as it's in an industrial area. We did have an issue with cigarette smoke coming through from next room though.

Be careful here
We were very pleased with the room and staff but we parked our motorhome in the car park as discretely as possible, sadly it was broken into over night. We asked about the CCTV cameras that were evident in the car park and whether there would be images that would help us find the offenders but reception told us the cameras didn't work. So my advice to anyone staying there is be sure to take all your valuables into the hotel with you. There were always a lot of young men hanging around in the area. We saw several and we were only there 18 hours.

I liked the hotel however I became upset with the breakfast time on weekends. in web announcement says that it starts at 7 am, however on weekends start at 8 am. I lost the 19 EUR i paid for food i couldnt have due to "hidden information". the staff only said its the hotel policy and that they couldnt do anything, y train departed at 8 am, so clearly that day me and my old mother didnt have breakfast.

Dining room and foyer very cold. Staff apart from front desk and one waiter guy not in the least interested. Soup inedible.. consomme advertised it looked like dishwater.!! Nothing much left when we arrived for breakfast definitely not worth the charge!!

Just a Stopover.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Room could do with a spring clean, other than it suited our purpose an over night stop off. Breakfast was available in a very cold dining area, breakfast was a bit sparse but we managed to make the most of what was available which was nice and fresh.

Nice hotel not too far from the ferry Terminal.
Modern clean friendly hotel .About 10 minutes from ferry.Dont trust sat nav.Breakfast is well worth the option.

Good for overnight
We used it as a stopover from the Santander ferry to the south of Spain, it was about 40min walk to the town centre, parking was in an enclosed area or you could pay for underground.

Nice but no AC and bad customer service
Nice hotel but no Air condition available. There are lot of mosquitos, and terrible customer service. On arrival we noticed a sign indicating that during that day there was no air that same sign was there for 3 days.

Average and service in Restaurant very poor.
Hotel with plenty of free parking available and the Wifi had a good connection to. The reception lady was very friendly and nice however it did take a while to check in, more the fault of the customer in-front but it could of done with an additional member of staff when there was a queue. It was a very hot day and the air conditioning was not great and we therefore found it difficult to get to sleep. The thing that seriously annoyed us was that there was a nice menu for the attached restaurant, after waiting to be seated for about 10 minutes we were finally seated. 20 minutes later we were asked by the waitress what we wanted and we said that we needed to see the menu. It turns out there was a coach party and there was only 2 items on the menu. Totally unacceptable. After wasting that time we left. Not impressed at all and really poor service.

Ideally situated hotel
Brilliantly placed hotel if catching the ferry with plenty of free parking which is a bonus in Santander. The hotel is just at the end of the motorway and then a 5 minute drive to the ferry after you check out. Although it is situated at the edge of an industrial estate, you get the benifit of a large car park, its clean, comfortable, has. 24 hr reception if you arrive late and very reasonably priced, Since finding this hotel we always stay here on completion of our long drive to Santander, have a comfortable enough room for the night and a continental breakfast before leaving to catch the ferry.
