Lovely seafront villa on three floors. It is located on the seafront of Santa Teresa di Riva, a delightful tourist resort on the eastern coast of Sicily; Blue flag 2017: blue flag 2017. At 11 Km from Taormina, 15 from Giardini Naxos, 30 from Messina and 75 from Catania / Etna. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 people. Allows, for its strategic position, to relax by immersing itself in the crystal-clear local sea or indulging in a variety of excursions to discover the history, culture and flavors of a wonderful land. It is equipped with 2 double bedrooms (one with sofa bed) and another room with three single beds, all equipped with an independent bathroom. Large living room with fireplace and TV, comfortable kitchen with access to terrace, air conditioning, large terraces on all floors and private parking on site.

A 3-storey villa located on the seafront in S. Teresa di Riva, a tourist resort on the Ionion coast of Sicily.  
11 km from Taormina, 15 km from Giardini Naxos, 30 km from Messina and 75 km from Catania and Mt Enta. It offers a comfortable accommodation for max. 7 people. Thanks to its location, you can relax in the local crystal, clean sea or undertake a variety of excursions to discover the history, culture and flavors of a stunning land.  
It has 2 double rooms (one of which includes a sofa bed) and another room with 3 single beds, all en-suit.  
In addition there is an ample living room with a fireplace and tv, a comfortable kitchen with access to an internal terrace, air conditioning, large balconies on each floor and private parking.
