Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

Estuvimos 2 horas fuera de la propiedad esperando que nos abrieran desde las 4 pm hora del chek in y no fue hasta las 18:15 que nos enviaron un correo diciendo que cancelaban la reservación por falta de espacio. Hacía más de dos meses que había hecho esa reservación y cómo es que nos avisan dos horas después del supuesto chek in, dejándonos en un lugar inseguro con una adulta mayor y un niño sin opción de hospedaje en otro sitio. Quisiera demandar formalmente al dueño de la propiedad por estada.
