The pool is small and the location is decent for the Seaside Fl. Town center. If your looking to party, steer clear. The property location just like Seaside aka Seagrove aka Watercolor is quiet and tranquil. I would not suggest anyone with toddlers, loud or messy teens & or inviting guest who do not clean up after themselves. We didn't experience any issues besides a drawer pull coming lose (screw it back by holding the pull and the screw from the innner drawer then twisting).
