This Gulf-front condo offers an oversize private balcony - accessible from both the living area and the main bedroom - that provides a great view of the lagoon-style pool and partial views of the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen, a Smart TV for all of your streaming needs, and walls newly painted in the colors of the sand to make you feel like you're always on the beach. Lounge on the plush patio furniture as you watch the children play in the pool, and end each day with some relaxation in the whirlpool tub in the main bedroom.

Enjoy resort amenities including a pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a fitness center.

Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, you can rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of the coastal dune lakes. Enjoy live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or The Hub, only two miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brewpubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap as well.

We like the location and beach access and the price is reasonable. This unit B102 could use some new furniture and paint as well as a few upgrades to appliances and cabinets. We are repeat customers to this unit and if some updates were made it would be perfect.

I love the property and and the proximity to the beach. Having the beach chair included with your stay was wonderful!! The lay out of the condo was nice and accommodate many people. The living room furniture was comfy, and the porch is furnished nicely as well. However, the queen bed and daybed mattresses are in bad need of replacing. I would also have liked more rugs around, as all floors are tile and laminate. No rugs at doors, in bathroom or kitchen. I will definitely stay at Dunes of Seagrove again!!

We love the Dunes of Seagrove condos. It is a perfect location! The two chairs and umbrella are great and a must. The pool is great. The bikes you get with the condo are also great. The condo we stayed in may have been a little dated. But we loved it! This is our third year going here. We will be back!

Great value!

We really enjoyed the condo and its proximity to the beach. The unit was well furnished and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The ONLY complaints we had were having to stand in line early in the morning to get a good beach spot, as well as only having one set of chairs/umbrella included with the condo. Those working both in the office and on the beach though were first class and very helpful.

Needs Updating, mattress are terrible

The mattress in this unit are old and have lumps in them. The blankets on the bed are just sheets. Half the unit is hot and the other half is freezing. The coffee pot is burnt and needs replacing. We have stayed at Dunes many times but we would never stay in this unit again.

Condo and complex great!

The complex and r condo wonderful. Th condo was very clean, lay out perfect. The balcony spacious, overlooking the pool. Due to the beautiful sand dune, there is not much of an ocean view. The beach is just a ramp away. The beach chairs are nice, but so close together, right on top of each other. The pool is awesome, two pools in one. Plenty of chairs. There is only one way out to 30 A, and many different beach communities need it as an exit. Traffic in the surrounding area very very busy. Along with golf carts, bicycles, and pedestrians, turning vehicles, it took us 20 minutes to go one mile on 30 A, 4:00. So much new development, with no road ages, o roundabouts, made us feel trapped. Restaurants had two hour waits at early times. I have been this area many many times, last time 7 years ago, no longer a quaint beach town. Certainly not the condos fault. Due to the traffic situation, unfortunately, we won’t be back. Maybe fall would be better. The best thing about the trip was the condo.

Great location

Dunes of Seagrove is a great location. Beaches were not crowded, pools were large and spacious and not crowded at all. The walk to the beach couldn’t have been easier and it worked out really well for us with young kids. The unit itself was nicely laid out and very functional. The unit could use a little updating and some of the mattresses need to be replaced. We had a very nice stay and would stay again.

Mix of good and bad

The property was clean when we arrived but the master bath and bedroom have a very musty odor that I could still smell on our clothes when we opened our suitcases back at home. Our feet were black after walking around the condo barefoot just a couple of hours. I had to scrub my daughter’s feet multiple times to get them clean so we had to wear our shoes inside the rest of the trip. The floors looked clean but I believe it might be the old, stained grout. The cushions were worn out and stained at the table and outside. The furniture was worn out. There is one very thin blanket on the beds and one sheet so we used our blankets from the car. It really just needs updating across the board. One of the bikes that was included was missing. I called Vacasa and they took care of it which was a plus. The condo is in a great location but if we were going to stay in this condo building again we would stay at an updated one.

Nice little condo by the sea

Enjoyed our stay. Will stay again in the future. Needs detailed cleaning of baseboards in bathrooms. Mostly updated except for tile flooring in foyer, kitchen/living area. Sofa needs some repairs. Outdoor cushions need replacing. Overall great little condo with birdseye view of ocean and a great location.

Perfect vacation spot

This condo was so roomy, really clean and the deck was so spacious. Kids were able to swim and adults were able to sit and relax on our private deck. The location was perfect, close to stores and restaurants but also secluded and the beach was not packed at all. 10 out of 10, would stay again in the future!
