Our family had an INCREDIBLE week in Watercolor thanks to “The Sunny Side” and Sanders Beach Rental! The location was great – just one turn off of Western Lake Drive in Watercolor and walking distance to Camp Watercolor, which is always a big hit with our kids. The house had plenty of space for our family of five, including a four-bunk room for the kids. Screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing and big dining room table had room for all of us, plus puzzles and games. Beach access is easy through the pools and beach club and the milkshake counter was a nice addition to the pool area. Bikes were all in great shape and Sanders Beach Rental made it super easy to add a bike for our youngest. You could easily fit a second family in the house as well. The location is great and safe for the kids to be on the bikes on the street.
