Guests will enjoy the most notable amenities of a resort style vacation including five bedrooms, six and a half baths, a gourmet kitchen with wet bar and wine cooler, private elevator, and breathtaking outdoor living space that will be the epicenter for entertaining and relaxing. On the first level, guests enter the Main Living space with natural light flooding into the pristine open concept design with opulent living space with modern fireplace, dining area, and well-appointed gourmet kitchen. Entertaining is made easy with a Sub Zero 48'' refrigerator, Wolf SS 48'' dual fuel gas range, custom vent hood, convenient pot filler and coffee station. The opulent kitchen island with its waterfall marble countertop provides added seating. Step from this area through gorgeous Euro doors into a large, covered lanai bringing the outdoors in with a lovely transitional area with a resort style pool, incorporated hot tub and waterfall feature that flows into the shallow area with sunbathing ledge. It’s an easy stroll through the pool or swim up to the submerged bar seats that adjoin the bar and sunken outdoor kitchen. The stunning outdoor kitchen comes with a BBQ grill and Big Green Egg, soda cooler, ice maker and sink. After an evening swim, gather by the lovely, modern fire pit. Finally, retreat for relaxation in the Primary King suite featuring doors that open to the lanai and a sumptuous ensuite with a double spa shower and soaking tub. Penthouse area with the bunkbeds is great for the kids. Two outdoor balconies provide a great view of the ocean. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool and outdoor kitchen area is also a exceptional lay out. Beautiful private beach with two entrances is a very short walk. Management company provides great property information, amenities and service, is a first rate compnay. Neighbors on each side of the house are permanent residence and very nice please respect their privacy. ##### Gary k. We all loved the tri-fold doors which allowed you to get plenty of fresh air. The out-door entertaining area is great with lots of TVs, blue tooth speakers for music, plenty of sitting area, a grill, and a green Egg. The rental company was great to work with, they got back to us quickly about everything. The only thing holding this house back from being truly exceptional is its location. It is a short walk down a hill (which means up a hill on the way back) to a beach access - Bullard Access. This area is fine, but you cannot rent any chairs at this area, you have to bring your own chairs and umbrellas. We had an issue with some ocean front house owners in this area telling us we couldn't sit on the beach in front of their houses. The only place you can get chairs set up daily is at the Dune Allen beach access which is about a .4 mile walk from the house or a quick golf cart ride. However there is a limited number of golf cart parking spaces. And, the big kicker, is YOU HAVE to sit in the public beach access area. You are not allowed to sit on any of the beach around this Dune Allen beach access area. So, inevitably the public beach access area was extremely crowded for the entire week we were there. Overall we had a great trip and the house is amazing and the rental company was great to work with, but with little kids, we wouldn't stay here again. ##### Andrew S. Séjour de 7 nuits en mai 2023
